Community fans kinda silent today? Not happy with that 1.4?
Great news for GA, getting adjusted up, glad to see Missing climbed a little. Bad news for Scandal adjusted down two tenths. This show is getting worse each week I predict it will decline further.
“Pretty sure CW will look at either the numbers for the first 10-12 episodes, or the Season average before deciding renewal. Secret Circle should be safe there.”
CW should do that with RINGER and renew it as well then.
@Dillan
Actually I’m not a retentionista, but I do admit that even later in the seasons shows can get viewers from their lead-ins, though its typically such a small number than it doesn’t make much of a difference. But given how small the CW’s ratings are across the board, a very small tick up and down makes a huge difference.
And conventional wisdom says that ratings drop when a show is moved to Friday by sheer virtue of being on Friday. SPN, and Smallville before it, were able to pull good numbers because their ratings were excellent before the move and the viewers drop didn’t decimate their audience.
I wish ABC would air GCB after Grey’s. It would probably do better.
@The End
Thanks!
“I hope it keeps falling since I’m sick of Shonda shows…”
Then I’m sure your happy to know Gilded Lilys tested poorly.
Haha Scandal. I don’t root for the show to drop, I really don’t, but I’m glad for some reason.
The Secret Circle is dying.
I enjoy both Scandal and Revenge!
@Max
Revenge has fallen because of the 2 month break, and also, its lead in has become much lower than than in fall. If you put Scandal on a two month break, I think it would probably pull low 1′s, and if you remove that Grey’s lead in, and give it a lead in that gets 2.4, then I think it would pull Awake numbers.

ABC is wasting it’s GA lead in on Scandal. Be a brilliant idea to put another show in Scandal’s place unless 1.9′s are acceptable now.
Yay TVD! Yay TSC! I still watch the show, but lately I haven’t watched the second half of the show. It’s so crappy and hopefully, the CW will cancel it!
People saying SC is still sure to be renewed, Deadline reports :Ringer&SC Likley cancelled, GG &Hart of Dixie Likley Renewal, Nikita Bubble
Scandal is basically just…. there. It isn’t doing much but its not doing horrible. But that by no means gives it a right to be renewed. Like I said before, its relatively stable… at borderline cancel-able ratings. Private Practice stays above 2.0. Revenge stays above 2.0. GCB does about the same as Scandal, but with a lesser lead in. Scandal really is the lowest on the 9/10pm totem pole on ABC and thus should be let go barring a ratings explosion.
I feel bad for TSC fans, but at the same time, this bodes well for Nikita, which makes me happy. Still meaningless for Ringer though.
Looks like Scandal is toast. See ya wouldn’t wanna to be ya!
Scandal is NOT good. Period. The ratings STINK no matter how you look at it.
@Max
Are you kidding me!?! Revenge is MUCH better and actually has a BETTER shot at getting more viewers. Scandal has air consecutive episodes and falls BELOW 2.0. No way Scandal is renewed at this point. Not good enough.
I am not a fan of Revenge or Scandal but I get so mad at people who think just because you are steady you are going to get renewed. At this point move PP back to the Thursday night slot. It always average 2.7-2.2 in that time slot.
@ Mo, just ignore Max, he’s become a broken record with his Scandal vs. Revenge crap.
