Definitions:
Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.
Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.
Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)
Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

PP will be up next week for sure! It’s going to be season finale. This was just because that stupid Voice.
GCB did better than PP and that’s not saying much
The Voice only a 4.3 when they had Justin Bieber. Not good for NBC
@RJ
well there was less to “hold on to.” Could just be an artifact.
PP wasn’t hurt by the voice, if it was any good people would have made the sacrifice of 42 minutes of sleep and watched it after, and still have been counted.
It was the crappyness of the episode and the idiotic idea of giving the A and B-stories to the help.
The Voice didn’t hurt Unforgetable because people had a reason to watch, it was the finale.
Ouch for Private Practice. I hope it gets the rumoured 13 episode order for a final season.
It was a good night for The CW. LA Complex didn’t fell more, and 90210 is steady as usual. It deserves its early renovation.
Cougar Town should move to NBC, its ratings are good for NBC standards.
“The Voice only a 4.3 when they had Justin Bieber. Not good for NBC”
How many people in the demo care about Justin Bieber?
I feel like CT still has a chance for renewal..
but slamming your network doesn’t help

even tuesday’s shows rose..hope that tonight all shows will go up
Jesus Christ, PP dropped like a rock! I expected it to go down slightly, maybe to a 1.9 or so, but I never suspected it had that much of an overlap with that crappy excuse for a karaoke contest.
At least NCIS didn’t go below a 3.0. It is the only drama this season not to do so.
ABC Private Practice 1.5 4 6.087
Couldn’t happen to a fatter slob.
Well, ABC, your audience has spoken. Will you listen? Or ignore them as usual?
Thank goodness LMS went up. Call me crazy, but I really, desperately hope ABC revives TGIF. I miss 90′s style/feel good family comedies.
Unforgettable’s finale last night was frustrating. It was a great episode with lots of action but… it left on a cliffhanger and now we’ll probably never know who killed Carrie’s sister. I think the show started off feeling like a standard, dull procedural but the show eventually got better with the addition of Jane Curtain and more intriguing storylines.
NCIS was great as was NCIS:LA & Unforgettable.
NBC still showing signs of life
@Bunny, well you certainly can’t blame Busy for feeling that way. Happy Endings pulled the same ratings in the post-MF slot last year as Cougar Town (worse most weeks), and yet it got to stay in the slot and then Cougar Town was left flapping in the breeze. I wonder if the same thing will happen to Happy Endings now with Apartment 23 getting similar ratings to Happy Endings.
La complex should be renewed!
the time slot helped nbc the voice
i mean if nbc gives this show a good timing the ratings will be always high
If the voice is not 2 cycles must stay in the fall. In the fall ratings will be much better than in the spring.
The Voice obviously hurt Private Practice. Looks like its more likely for a 13ep final renewel than a 22ep full season.
Pleased for Cougar Town too, although last week it had 5 million viewers and a 1.3, this week can only manage a 4.7 but gets a 1.5….strange. Still keeping fingers crossed for an ABC renewel.
