Definitions: Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

  • Jess

CW made a huge mistake in renewing ANTM

  • HotLatino4GayMarriage

I was watching The B—- in Apt 23 and the screen froze because of a flood warning, the same happened with Revenge about the 40 min mark. Stupid ABC affiliate and they want us to watch LIVE! UGH! GO MF, Revenge, and B—– in APt 23!!

  • John A

    Good Revenge rose.

  • Dillan

    Not great for ANTM.

  • Felipe Nikita

  • Bunny

    I don’t think it matters anymore….

Apt 23 will deff get renewed tho..

  • martie

I’m wondering if Patricia Heaton’s pro-Limbaugh twitter rant has hurt her show. It was a good episode last night – ratings should have been better.

  • Ingmar

Good news for Revenge althought the rise being small.

  • Stella

    Umm….how can CSI’s series low be a 3.0?

  • Andrew

I bet the CW is really kicking themselves for renewing America’s Next Top Model so early.
I think it is safe to say that Hart of Dixie is going to be renewed at this point in time. Thank God!

  • still good shows on tv

The middle fell below 2.0 in it’s first 2 seasons also.

  • HB

    Ah Revenge rose by .1
    Last night episode was alright!

  • HotLatino4GayMarriage

@Martie We can only hope, I never watched it but I’ve hear a lot of people stopped watching because she’s a Republican’t.

  • Mike

Well, CSI is doing great considering it is a 12 season show. Plus the lead in was not that strong. For a younger show those numbers would be weak, but for the old CSI, NICE !

  • Rocco

I’m not usually a fan of American Idol, but if you missed last night’s show, you missed some really special performances. Go Jessica.

I think the ratings come back up the next 3 weeks, because the remaining singers are just that good.

  • HB

And YAYIEEEE MF.Last night episode was hilarious!

  • Hades

Is ANTM renewed for 1 cycle next season or 2?

  • James Sample

Wow. Good for Apartment 23, really grown to like this show. Bring on Season 2 :D
