I was not hugely surprised. I had BoP on the bubble with a 45% chance of renewal.

@Robert – I look forward to watching Apartment 23 on ANC next season ;p

It’s official! PP and BOP will be renewed! (Updates from Shonda and ABC)

@Robert and Bill the Body of Proof renewal seems surprising to everyone. After having horrible seasons last year and the year before and the year before that, finally ABC has a good season. Yet BOP, a drama that was always said to likely b axed, got a renewal. Good thing it does well overseas.

BOP also did itself favor when it got 2.0 for it’s last 2 weeks. It’s a procedural that ABC should nurture and still on brand

Reba’s Malibu Country is picked up!

@ Michael, sorry dude, I can brag, I have that right, besides the shows I watch got renewed, except Missing, but honestly how long can Michael go missing, from season to season.

Malibu Country sounds like the perfect companion for Last Man Standing.

ABC’s scheduling will be interesting with these renewals plus the new shows

Body of Proof is just a semi-surprise renewal. The biggest shocker in TBTN history would still be Dollhouse lol

GCB is a GREAT show, ABC what the hell is wrong with you people? You continually keep crap on, (B in apt 23 for example)and cancel a truly smart, funny and great show!! Try a different time slot perhaps! GOD, I hope if you idiots Don’t change your minds, that another intelligent network picks up this awesome show!!

I’m sad about GCB, but I can’t say I’m terribly surprised. Its ratings were always borderline. Figures I decide to like two shows (the other was The Finder) right around the time they get canceled.

WHAT????? how could they cancel GCB??? funniest new show and amazing cast! So disappointed in the network for not renewing them!!! I’m honestly angry and saddened by this news!

  16. Tony

I loved GCB and Missing – they never gave them a chance

I’m indifferent towards most of the renewals and cancellations.

I wish I could find the post where I said ABC better renewe most of their dramas.

2- Grey’s, Once, Castle, Revenge, Scanda, Practice, Proof

    They did.

    I wish GCB was renewed.

    @Tony
How can you say that ABC didn’t give GCB a chance? They had 10 episodes to prove themselves and they didn’t. That’s alot more than other shows have gotten. GCB was a failure.

‘Don’t Trust the B in Apt 23′ will get at least a 25 Episodes order (I think 27 is also possible). ABC always gives a long second Season for its Shows (‘Grey’s Anatomy’ got a 27 Episodes Second Season).

So ABC cancels brothers and sisters, replaces it with pan am, only to cancel pan am….good job ABC.Bring back Georgette and sisters.
