You can see TV ratings from other recent Overnight ratings reports here.

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live baseball game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

    @ Dillan

Of course the CW will consider TSCs overall season average which is much higher than Nikita & HOD.

Anyone who doesn’t believe it will get at least a 13 episode second season on friday is deluded.

  • James Klatt

What has happened with NBC Thursday Night. They used to top the TV ratings, but not anymore.

  • zerg

BBT on spring is always weaker than fall, POI rise a bit

TVD down even on season finale

Grey’s still powerful getting close to 10 m, Scandal got 2.0(for now) out 3.4 of Grey’s while Revenge 2.2 out 2.3 of AP23

    Idol and touch, Nbc steady

    Awake & Missing Goodbye

  • SJ

Scandal, say hello to a 1.8 in the finals. :D

  • SmG

So next year TVD below 2 million viewers and 1.0 demo ?

  • JustToClarify

    “despite scoring a a 4.2 rating,” (double ‘a’)
“the lowest-rated Office finale to date. . Parks and Recreation” (double period)
“Secret Circle was flat with last week’s 0.5″ (no full stop at the end of the sentence)
“The Office finale scored a 2.2  adults 18-49 rating,” (double space)

Please start proof-reading the articles before you put them up, Amanda. The mistakes make the website read like Joe Average’s blog. Granted, they’re small errors, but I’m just offering constructive criticism.

  • Justin121

Not happy with Grey’s ratings this season. Could’ve been better.

Idol yet to fall below 4.0 as it will likely adjust up in the finals.

    Bang – 4.4
    Idol – 4.1
    Grey’s – 3.5 (multi-month high)
    Vamp – 1.2
    PoI – 2.7
    Ment – 2.5

    Touch – 1.9
    Scandal – 1.9

  • Bookworm

No big Change for Scandal but last nights Episode was just epic. Hands down, I don’t think they could have done it any better than what they did. Either way, I’m so hyped yet sad for the next episode. Its the season finale and we won’t have Scandal for a few more months. Kind of sucks for me.

I thought the Mentalist would have killed it but it didn’t get what I thought it would. I heard some were going with a 3.0 for Mentalist. Awake is just tragic.

But ABC, please go on and renew this show along with Apt 2B already.

Sorry to hear about missing though.

  • OutOfSync

Bet the NBA on cable grabbed the guys in the demo

  • Tommy

Wow, when I saw the numbers for ‘Secret Circle’ it stung a little bit. I was expecting a .6 and hoping for a .7 :(

  • J.G.

I think the Revenge vs. Scandal thing is ridiculous and unnecessary; yes, Revenge is doing better than Scandal; yes, they’re both great shows; yes, they’ll both be back next season. Everyone wins. The end.

  • MattM

I’ve enjoyed the Office pretty much all season, but that finale was kind of underwhelming. Besides the Dwight-Angela storyline, everything else was pretty meh.

The Parks and Rec finale was pretty much perfection, I hope it gets adjusted up.

Missing tied up a lot of loose ends and the finale is going to be crazy next week. A damn shame people aren’t watching this amazing show.

  • PJM

Pity BBT was down this week. It was a good ep. But that’s happened to a lot of shows.

  • Ultima

Boy, Missing skews extremely old unless that 1.1 is a mistake.

Not much more than CBS dramas; 22% in demo for Missing, 25% for the Mentalist, 26% for PoI.

  • WB

Hart of Dixie is looking good for a renewal. This week so far, it has beating everything except The Vampire Diaries. I’m pretty sure it will come in third this week after Supernatural, just like last week.

  • Hades

A 0.5 for TSC should get it cancelled but with the season CW is having it will probably get it a 13 episode second season.

  • Remote Patrolled

Is Max related to Shonda Rhimes in some way?!?

Dude – Revenge is a hit, plain and simple. It’s not a huge hit – but it’s a hit nonetheless. Plus it has buzz…

  • Max

Right? SCANDAL was so epic. The finale next week will earn above a 2.3, you just watch. And the show will be back before you know it. What sucks is ABC will be touting REVENGE’S return in the fall with crazy promotion when they should be using that for SCANDAL but what can you do? The fans will speak and the ratings will reflect it.

  • Bookworm

Scandal always gets adjusted lower but I expect it now. Happy for Grey and @SJ, You are always the positive one! Seriously, GCB got the 1.8 lets just stop repeating it. It’s kind of depression. I expect Scandal to stay the same as it always does. Hangin’ around the 2.0 area.

  • Hades

    @WB didnt 90210 get a 0.6 too?
