Update: It's official, CBS has canceled CSI: Miami. CBS said in a statement:

We thank all the producers – led by Jerry Bruckheimer, Jonathan Littman and Ann Donahue — and its talented cast, led by David Caruso, for 10 outstanding seasons. Viewers around the world will continue to enjoy rebroadcasts of “CSI: Miami” in syndication and on key digital platforms for many years to come.”

The Big Apple triumphed over the sunglasses according to TV Guide's sources. We figured CBS would part with at least one of CSI: Miami and CSI: NY, but due to lack of information on the economics (particularly international and syndication) we were never crystal clear on which would stay and which would go and gave a slight edge to CSI: Miami. But according to the report CBS will announce it has renewed CSI: NY and canceled CSI: Miami.
One must be so happy!

SHOCKING… My guess was always for Miami.
I hope they move CSI: NY to Sunday at 10 and have it be delayed by 45 minutes every night and then have a crappy, painful death. CSI: NY was given 2 chances at a proper ending, and it didn’t get it right. CSI: Miami got like 1/2 a chance…
I always thought NY would be the first of the CSIs to go, while Miami would be the last. Happy i was wrong since Miami has become a pathetic mess. NY is still enjoyable
