With this “Report says 230,000 unemployed losing benefits over weekend” we should see the unemployed rate sink to below 8.0 %.

    Good Morning lbsles

58 here but Hot the rest of the week, were doing fine on Rain thank goodness.
On the Oil story, isn’t it amazing how the media has all but blacked out this story?

*The Green River Formation, a largely vacant area of mostly federal land that covers the territory where Colorado, Utah and Wyoming come together, contains about as much recoverable oil as all the rest the world’s proven reserves combined, an auditor from the Government Accountability Office told Congress on Thursday.

(With this “Report says 230,000 unemployed losing benefits over weekend” we should see the unemployed rate sink to below 8.0 %.)

Yep, but we will hear the “Job are being created BS all over again”

    25 Million are un-employed now.

    Good Mornng all!

The next two days will be spent with conference calls, skypes, web conferances. Due to the recent changes to the international instability we are now taking a look at yet another set of contingency plans going forward with one of my corporate clients.

On another note, there is a major medical manufacturer in the area that is working 7 days a week paying overtime because……………..are you ready…………….wait for it………….they cant hire enough people!!!! The employees start out as temps for about 9 months with decent pay and then can get hired on full time with full benefits. There is huge possability for moving up and making it a career. Now get this, the temps dont show up, are late, leave early, turn down overtime etc. Many have been tracked to stay long enough to qualify for unemployment then leave and collect. I am not talking one or two positions. I am talking 50 or 60 positions!!

    Later guys!!

  • Coffee Steve

    @Ratboy

Good luck with the meetings dude

(Due to the recent changes to the international instability we are now taking a look at yet another set of contingency plans )

    Good Morning, Crew

    @HRJ
@@ d.d.I read the fifty reasons not to reelect BO. I must say that you have perhaps had a bad weekend.

Mother’s Day made it an especially nice weekend…. lots of funny stories from the kids, &, enjoyment talking to the grand kids & my Mom. Me thinks a little projection might be at play.

Smack Down: District Court Strikes Down NLRB’s Ambush Election Rule…

    Another one

WASHINGTON—A federal judge on Monday struck down a rule designed to make it easier for unions to hold organizing elections on the grounds that the National Labor Relations Board lacked a quorum when it passed the measure last year

    ——————————-

Report: Obama friend who allegedly tried to bribe Rev. Wright is same crony who just got $5.9 million HHS contract

Audio will be available today . . . identified as Dr. Eric Whitaker & he’s a member of Obama’s very tight inner circle. Whitaker had offered Wright $150,000 “if he would shut-up until after the 2008 election.

Whitaker is, also, the same guy who was hired by Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich to be the state’s Public Health Director, via recommendations from Tony Rezko & based on the initial request of Obama. Rezko and Blagojevich are currently doing time in federal prison.

As most know, Chicago is the most corrupt city in US, according to the University of Illinois report in 2012.

Remember, Illinois has sent 4 governors to prison since the 70’s

    lbsles ,
Was writing Whitaker story when you were posting it.

    @d.d. – A little medical news
Tobacco may hold key to cutting risk
The TMV apparently causes antibodies that “may be protective against Parkinson’s, Diseaase”

    Not worth it.

    Let’s count the ways

    1. Cancers

    2. Heart attacks and stroke

    3. In some cases , amputations

    4. Emphysema

    5. The effects of second hand smokeon those around you

    6. Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)is greater among smoking Moms

    7. High BP & kidney failure with some smokers

    8. Macular degeneration

    9. Increases your risk of periodontal disease

    10. JUST FOR YOU GUYS For men in their 30s and 40s, smoking increases the risk of erectile dysfunction (ED) by about 50 per cent.

There are lots of other reasons, but, you can see smoking is not worth it.

    d.d.
Thanks. I have a friend who has Crhon’s disease and she smokes like, well, chain smokes and she does not have much money. I don’t get it, then again, we all choose our own poison. I love to cook and love good food, but am forced to eat like a bird b/cause I don’t want to get fat. My friend is 5 one and blew up to 400 lbs, in a wheelchair and on oxygen. Said to the Dr. “I’m afraid I will die if I get on that table, and he said, “you will die if you don’t get on the table”, so she had the stomach routine and is now ‘down’ to 210 and has 60 more to go. I hope you had a happy Mother’s Day, d.d.

    @ d.d.

Better to have a story double covered that impacts us then no one covering it.

    Keep up the good work.

As for the numbskull that suggested you had a bad weekend, I’d bet he’s the one who suffered a let down.

    Just for suklow

In less than a week, conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh’s “Rush Babes for America” Facebook page has accumulated more “likes” than the liberal watchdog group Media Matters for America’s (MMFA) Facebook page has accumulated in just under four years.

MMFA is currently waging a campaign to get Rush Limbaugh off the air for his comments pertaining to contraception activist Sandra Fluke. On Monday evening, MMFA’s Facebook had 57,687 “likes,” accumulated since the organization launched its Facebook page on August 8, 2008.

Also on Monday evening, Limbaugh’s jab at those who have demonized his rhetorical treatment of women — his “Rush Babes for America” Facebook page — had topped 60,483 “likes.” Limbaugh’s group was open for public viewing just prior to the beginning of his radio program on Tuesday, May 8, 2012.

In addition to the $100,000 MMFA has spent on anti-Limbaugh radio ads, the group has teamed up with the National Organization for Women to campaign, protest and convince local advertisers and Limbaugh affiliates to drop the show.

MSNBC is so pathetic. Their ticker at the bottom of the screen on mornin Joe

said cbs ny times poll has Obama and Romney in a statistical tie. They

could not bring themselves to say Romney is AHEAD 46 to 43. margin of error

is 2.8 so they even lied. MSNBC is so pathetic. when you give the challenger

80% of the undecided vote(wich they always get,win or lose) , Romney is up

54% to 46. It is going to be a lanslide . Be scared liberals,be scared
