@Coffee Steve
It better not be like this all summer long or I am going to be one bored puppy.
@usnretiredx2
Bored? LOL..don’t count on it, when you retire and think you’ll get bored and will run out of things to do? You’ll discover thats when you really start working and never seem to have enough time.
Enjoy the years you have left my friend, travel and see the small things in life, The grand canyon, Alaska, a simple Pontoon Boat ride on a lake, a simple camping trip (pop up or RV of course) although I still enjoy a tent camping trip, and re-discover your joy of life in the simplistic form, NO RUSHING allowed..
For those who say the US and Israel are on the best of terms under Obama.
The United States is leading what it described as the “largest military exercises in the Middle East in 10 years” in Jordan on Tuesday.
Eager Lion 2012 “is the largest exercise held in the region in the past ten years,” Major General Ken Tovo, head of the US Special Operations Forces, told reporters in Amman.
“Yesterday we began to apply the skills that we have developed over the last weeks in an irregular warfare scenario … They will last for approximately the coming two weeks,” he added.
“The message that I want to send through this exercise is that we have developed the right partners throughout the region and across the world … insuring that we have the ability to … meet challenges that are coming to our nations,” Tovo said.
Over 12,000 soldiers are taking part in the war games, representing 19 countries, including Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Pakistan, Qatar, Britain, France, Italy, Spain and Australia.
If you can’t get them all to play nicely together during war games, how will they ever play nicely together during peace
This is for all the leftie dip sticks that laughed and laughed and said ha ha Beck got fired by FOX and they still come up with stupid statements like “yea look at him now Beck is in the toilet” and on and on and on blah blah blah blah!
Well guess who gets the last laugh?????? (And Rush is going down tooooo!!

Forbes Profile Reveals Glenn Beck Is Highest-Paid Pundit This Year At $80 Million
While Glenn Beck has been keeping a comparatively low profile since his meteoric rise on Fox News in 2009, but that doesn’t mean he’s doing all that badly– in fact, he’s doing better than ever before in terms of income– and better than any other political celebrity. Forbes‘ Power 100 reveals today that, while in overall ranking including influence in the media, Beck is in 23rd place, he outshines Rush Limbaugh, Donald Trump and Alec Baldwin in the income department.

“Did you see Israel listed?”
I also don’t see Palestine(you know a country that the US refuses to accept for statehood due to pressure from a certain country and group of lobbyists) listed, your point?
Maybe some people fear a boogieman in the bible reeking havoc on our country if we don’t bow down to Israel, I personally don’t.
Heeeeeey there Navy Dude!!!!!
I got a short break so playing a little catch up! godd ta see ya!! How was the pool party?? Do you remember it?? How were the bikinis??? Did Coffee pee in the pool??
@Steve Perry: (Does the wheel in the sky keep on turning? lol):
Fortunately, elections are not decided on age demo groups but by the grand total (OK, by electoral votes), unlike TV programs up for renewal.
Coffee Steve – There are going to be alot of surprises this November, the media won’t say much, but the public has had it. The mood hasn’t changed since the mid-terms, it’s just not being reported.

My guess is Bob Kerrey will be a tough opponent. The TP was split in the primaries (at least two groups) & now say they will unite behind Deb Fischer. I hope they vetted her better than they did Sharon Angle & Christine O’Donnell.

Watch it here. Pretty slick if you ask me.

Did you see Israel listed?
Did you see the quote “this exercise is that we have developed the right partners throughout the region and across the world”?
=============================
The evidence does not even begin to support your conclusions. According to this, Israel and the United States already had exclusively bilateral military exercises planned for this month, exercises which, according to Israel, had to be rescheduled for the fall due to rising tensions with Iran. That decision was made in January 2012. It is more plausible that the decision not to invite them to these latest exercises was keeping in line with the previous arrangement, and has nothing to do with the attempted Israel hates Obama train of thought.
@Mark
“I also don’t see Palestine (you know a country that the US refuses to accept for statehood due to pressure from a certain country and group of lobbyists) listed, your point?”
What is my point?
Let us first look at my opening statement:
For those who say the US and Israel are on the best of terms under Obama.
In the past few months I have been told by some on here that Obama is Israel’s best friend “so to speak” and that the relationship between the two leaders are great.
Now you are correct that the reason Palestine has not been recognized as an official state by the UN nor invited to play too is due to PAST US effort and in turn does not have an official military so they by that very nature they have been excluded.
However, it is widely known both in the US military and world, Israel is (or was) our strongest partner in the region. I have played in many of these games (WAR) for almost 30 years. We (the US) have never, and I mean never, exclude one of our partners in the region we are playing. The US conducts these exercises 2-3 times a year in various regions. The reason we have not done so in this area is that we (the US) felt it would disrupt any political agendas we have at the time. The region has been schedule almost every year for the last 10 years that included the Israelis, but each year it has been canceled.
Not including the Israelis points out a statement all by itself.
So now can you guess my point?
@usnretirex2
“So now can you guess my point?”
That you fear that fictional boogieman from the bible reeking having on us because we don’t bow down to Israel? (which was my point

Those tricky folks at Fiat.
They must have knowledge as to when Google Street View was in the area.
If there’s one thing we can say about European car makers, it’s that most of them seem to have a great sense of humor. Nowhere is this more apparent than on a trip past Volkswagen’s Swedish headquarters in Google Street View, where rival auto brand Fiat took the liberty of parking its flagship 500 model right in front of the company’s entrance.
See it here.
