Interesting to note that CNN placed fourth in primetime in both 25-54 and in total viewers last night, and their average primetime viewership was their 2nd lowest since March, 1997 (lowest was Thanksgiving, 2011) .

CNN’s Piers Morgan Tonight at 9PM had only 39,000 in viewers in the adults 25-54, the lowest demo viewership at 9pm for CNN since at least March, 1997 (I lack the data prior to that date)..

    Romney’s comment about both parties being responsible for pushing the debt to the “incomprehensible” levels.

    Admitting to being part of the problem is a start.

    England won’t take Piers Morgan back.

    Do you think Romney or Obama will include Deporting Piers Morgan as part of their platforms will sway any voters?

  • russc

    Piers,Who?

  • Rick

    @j I guess that you saying that you are not bias?

    All OPINIONS are biased, because they are based on our own life experiences and the anecdotal knowledge each of us have learned and we want and believe to be true. That does not mean that they are or are not true. Until we know that they can absolutely be proven to be true or false we will have OPINIONS. All HUMAN LAWS are based on the opinion of people.

    All Natural Laws can be proven, to be absolutely true, because the answer and results always comes out the same, therefore no argument.

    Arguing OPINIONS is a never ending past time because nobody knows the absolute correct answer yet.

    Share the information that you base your opinion on. People will freely share the information that they base their opinion on. You will find that most people will either base their opinion on their life experiences or someone else’s opinion, an opinion of an opinion. I give my life experiences more credit than someone else’s opinion. That probably does make me bias and I may not always be right.

    But we need to search for the right answer, I find that I hear the same OPINIONS from the same people in the media and Political Parties. None I believe have the right answer because they base their opinion on the same ideas that resulted in problems in the past.

  • Rick

    Piers, Who?

    That sums it pretty good.

  • Michael

    Wow…might as well give Erin Burnett the 9PM time slot. You have nothing to lose CNN….except Piers Morgan, but seriously now…he’s Murdoch toast…an English nut and will soon either be exiled or imprisoned.

    And Anderson likes his talk show better than the news…so just can his butt as well! ;)

    Basically CNN…Erin Burnett is your future! oooh. So the future isn’t that bright huh? :S

  • AniMatsuri

    How much long until Piers Morgan starts missing being seen on America’s Got Talent? Hardly anyone is paying attention to him on his own show. :D

    Good Morning USN and Everyone

    @USNretiredx2

    Dude? I been reading some papers from the Middle East, Assad is a butcher, plain and simple. Syria is nothing more than a blood pool.

  • usnretirex2

    @Coffee Steve

    Assad was raise on the old ways of the Shek being the law. You do not break that law or disagree with him. This is his breed into him and it is to his very core. It will not change. Assad took control after his father had been there for 29 years. This is all Assad has known. Only his father knows what being poor is and he did evrything he could to wipe that thought out. A Assad has been in power there since 1970.

  • usnretirex2

    This is his breed into him (I have no idea where that was going)

    This is what was bred into him.

  • Coffee Steve

    @usn

    Yep, I knew what you meant. I know I feel for those people, can any of us imagine living under the circumstances that many of them do over there? Horrible

  • Coffee Steve

    I’ll be back in a bit, I have my breakfast with my DNC & GOP buddies, but this month the meetings are here in MT Washington, so I won’t be gone long.

    Have a cup while I’m gone @{________________} :-)

    Wisconsin a true tossup state, finding President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney locked in a 46%-46% tie among likely voters.

    1984 was the last time WI was a Rep state. That was the same year the only sates to go Dem were MN and DC.

    Morning all

    Just catching on the ramblings here and on the news else where.

    In case there was any doubt:

    ‘You’re not an American Company’
    The chairman of First Solar, a company that received approximately $3.1 billion in federal loan guarantees under President Obama’s green energy initiative, said Wednesday that the majority of the jobs created by the company have been overseas.

    For those that like to keep score:

    The Democratic-led Senate on Wednesday unanimously rejected the president’s fiscal year 2013 budget by final vote of 99-0. Sen. Mark Kirk (R., Ill.), who has been recovering from a stroke, did not vote; it is presumed he would have voted no.

    The Senate last year voted down the president’s budget 97-0.

    Not a single federal lawmaker has voted in favor of Obama’s budget proposals over the past two years. The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office recently concluded that the president’s budget, if enacted, would have a negative impact on long-term economic growth.

    Ryan’s proposals, which have twice passed the U.S. House of Representatives, have received a total of 544 affirmative votes, with 41 Senators voting ‘yes’ on Wednesday. Last year, 40 Senators supported Ryan’s plan.

    Ryan’s budget passed the House with 235 ‘yes’ votes in 2011. In March, 228 lawmakers voted for his updated proposal. The House also considered Obama’s most recent budget, rejecting it 414-0.

    It’s just like the dubocrats to do this.

    The progressive non-profit advocacy group United Republic, which is dedicated to rooting out “big money in politics,” has failed to disclose its big-money donors despite numerous promises to do so.

    The Center for Competitive Politics (CCP), which opposes restrictions on political speech, said United Republic should be more open if it wants to fulfill its stated purpose.

    “It’s a bit ironic,” said CCP president David Keating in an interview with the Free Beacon. “If they’re doing that, then they should be willing to disclose their donors.”

    United Republic launched in November. The organization comprises a coalition of groups, such as Dylan Ratigan’s “Get Money Out,” that share the “goal of ending the domination of Big Money over the political process.” Disgraced lobbyist Jack Abramoff joined the organization in February and now writes for its blog, Republic Report.

    ICE Agents Say Obama’s Claim of Fewer Illegals is Bogus

    Federal law enforcement officials interviewed by The Washington Examiner say security is being compromised as the government seeks to keep a lid on the border as a campaign issue during the presidential election cycle. Department of Homeland Security’s Border Patrol agents and Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers are being told not to make arrests of noncriminal illegal immigrants, and not to patrol areas of high traffic along the roughly 2,000-mile Southwest border.
