Criminal Minds adjusted up, thats great news. The only two programs worth any time Wednesday were CM and SVU.
Darn! Revenge won’t do well next week isn’t it going up against AI 2 hours finale?
Revenge another brilliant show, but as per usual Americans don’t want to watch stuff where they have to follow week to week. Does nobody there have an attention span are something?
Off Their Rockers continues doing its thing- glad it’s been renewed for midseason. It’s a great flick-to-during-other-show’s-commercials show.
@Craig
You should chill about Revenge , it already has a renew and the only competition next week via Broadcast will be SVU , PLUS , next season it is part of a much better line up where the focus will be on chick flicks and family dramas.
@Craig – it’s not that people don’t want to watch serialized shows Craig – ABC had way too many long gaps between new shows. If you track the ratings, each gap of 3 weeks up to the recent 6 week hiatus, saw a big drop in loyal viewership. ABC choose to be oblivious of this and will probably cut the season short next year, blaming lack of viewers, when in fact, it’s their lack of episodes. Either show a serialized show from start to finish networks, or just don’t bother. If you look at Australia for instance, it’s consistently the number one show – but they show it from episode 1 weekly without any breaks or re-runs. It’s audience has grown by 25% and it’s a sensation there. Shame ABC seems to want to kill it.

Was Revenge new last night? I didn’t even notice it was on.
The Neighbors seems more like it would be suited for TGIF but the problem that now concerns me is that Paul Lee said he doesn’t want to cater to the Disney channel crowd. BAD BAD BAD BAD!!! That was the exact reason the second incarnation didn’t work. Now you can mix in your LMS and Malibu Country but the other two shows MUST be young skewing like Boy Meets World. I would even vouch for taking comedies off of its sister networks like Good Luck Charlie or Melissa and Joey. Hopefully the man comes to his senses though because if he continues with that idea of not catering to the Disney channel crowd, the crowd that is home on Fridays, then he runs a dangerous risk of once again destroying TGIF
@Chris
I agree , The Neighbors is not in the right place ,
if they want The Neighbors on this night then it should lead at 8:00pm , follow with the middle and let Sub go at 9:30pm and allow it to get a little more raunchy if they want.
I am really worried about Revenge for next year.
Modern Family is on an island to itself. And now with its best days behind it in terms of quality and The Neighbors follwing, its numbers are bound to dwindle even further. I feel ABC needs more male oriented comedies competing against X-Factor/American Idol. I think even Roseanne Barr’s Downwardly Mobile would be better at 8pm on Wednesday. They needed a comedy with a big name star and some buzz. Reba is their best bet but she is being shipped off to Friday. I’m starting to feel Happy Endings and Don’t Trust the B… should of been put on Friday at 9pm following Shark Tank.
This would be better imo
Tuesday
8pm DWTS
9pm The Middle
9:30 Suburgatory
Midseason @8pm Family Tools @8:30pm The Neighbors
Wednesday
8pm Malibu Country
8:30pm Last Man Standing
9pm Modern Family
9:30 How to Live with your Parents
Friday
8pm Shark Tank
9pm Happy Endings
9:30pm Don’t Trust the B…
@Networkman
On that Tuesday ,
You would start with The Neighbors are 8:30 , BUT , I would never have J.K. Simmons in any show that starts before 9:00. Simmons is a great comedic actor who can get a lot more edgy then would be possible if it shows before 9:00pm.
Well, Apt 23 is going to be cancelled next year.
@ Joseph, I like J.K. Simmons. And you are right, Family Tools seems as if it has got the potential to get edgy. Therefore,I would now do this schedule for midseason on Tuesday
8pm Suburgatory
8:30 The Neighbors
9pm The Middle
9:30pm Family Tools

”ANTM beats 90210 this week.. HoD is the winner of the week on the CW..”
Wait ’til tomorrow to say that
Spn finale is playing tonight
Apt. 23 is a waste of that time spot. HE was getting a 1.7-1.9 with a MF repeat and would consistently perform in the high 2s and low 3s with a new MF lead-in. Apt. 23 is an awful show. Can’t wait for it to bomb next fall on Tuesday.
Suburbatory season finale was pretty weak. Off Their Rockers almost beat them! (and did beat them in total numbers).
I’m kind of surprised Revenge only cracked a 2.0, I thought it would be much higher since next week is the finale. I still don’t really worry about it next year. I think it will beat The Good Wife and I don’t think it’s really competing with the audience of Sunday Night Football.
i’m getting pretty worried about revenge how it went down from a 2.2 to a 2.0 i was pretty surprised because last nights episode was so good. i think it’s probably because of the flashback episode(which was boring) it took away the montemum that this show has built after it came back from the break. i just hope these numbers improve in the season finale. as much as i love this show i honsely think that the writers could’ve kept it at 13 episodes, that way i couldn’ve kept the montemum. i know a lot of people that have stopped watching this show because it was starting to become a drag and some people lost interest in during the break and some are not intrested anymore.
