   What ,did a lot of people forget to turn the channel after watching the Madcow hour?Larry the commie at 327 in key demo.A Drunk,a Mush mouth,Sgt ( I know nothing ) Schultz,A Madcow and a card carrying Commie. Got to give it to Mslsd they know how to keep the laughs coming.

   News Corp is goin to loose it’s license to broadcast in the UK and I am since Fox is guilty of the same illegal activities and worse, it will be off the air eventually.

   Or I can continue to pray!

   I doubt the U.S. belongs to this convention. If we do we will be kicked out of UN Convention on Human and Environmental Rights. I wish the UN would kick its self out of the U.S. If i understand the whole deal some guy in Ireland is causing all of this.

   A process will now be started to ensure that the Committee’s recommendations are addressed; if ultimately they are not, then UNECE has the option of requiring the EU to withdraw from the UN Convention on Human and Environmental Rights.”

   Cut cap gains revenue goes up, raise it revenue goes down. So he wants to raise it just to be fair. So how is less revenue fair to ALL tax payers? Less revenue means less money to help the poor.

   Willard is not lying. He’s just spinning things to his advantage. Just like every politician does. You know like when 200,000 drop out of the work force & unemployment goes down. Nobama says unemployment ticked down. Does the MSM or the liberals call him a liar? Does he (Willard) leave out other facts? Yes! Just like Nobama leaves out the number of folks dropping out of the work force when saying unemployment went down.

   He’s absolutely right. In the last 26 months, U.S. payrolls have shrunk by 740,000 jobs and of those, 683,000 belonged to women, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

   Romney’s “92 percent” claim is based on statistics provided by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, which show that from January 2009 and March 2012, men lost 57,000 jobs while women lost 683,000 jobs.

   Even politifact says its mostly false. The reason its not pants on fire false is Willard has some truth in his claim.

    Good morning all!

    Why don’t we improve the health of the financial sector stability and the functioning of the market with a proposal (if all G20 countries adopt will not allow financial fleeing)? Is it because one of the most powerful countries (hint: the US) refuses to join? Things that make you go hmmmmm. Why would Timothy Geither refuse? Not only would this transaction create massive money toward debt but stop wild speculation from flash traders and starve off market bubbles that hurt real investors and the entire economy. Is this about democracy or protecting Oligopolies? I think most aware people know this answer.

    This is too vague. Luckily we’ve had only the one real example, the Tax Reform Act of 1986.

    The Tax Reform Act of ’86, passed by a Republican Senate and a Democratic House, offers a precedent.
    The evidence shows that the elimination of the capital gains exclusion in the 1986 Act did not significantly reduce sales of assets.
    They wrote the law with a prospective effective date (January 1, 1987), so that taxpayers who had contemplated selling an asset using the prior law preference could do so.
    Revenues from capital gains realized in 1986 were fully double the level of 1985 – the largest increase on record by a factor of two. But that was fully expected and intended to be a one-time phenomenon.
    The open question was what would happen to capital gains tax revenues in 1987, given that many of the gains that were realized in 1986 likely were accelerated from 1987 (and later years) to take advantage of the “fire sale” on the expiring exclusion.
    Surprising to some, tax receipts on capital gains were higher in 1987 than they were in 1985, the last “normal” year – i.e., without the influence of the transition to taxation of gains as ordinary income – under the prior law. This was true both in dollars and – even more significantly – as a percentage of GDP. In fact, in 1987, tax revenues from capital gains hit the largest percentage in recorded history, discounting the “fire sale” year of 1986 – and then were superseded immediately by a new record tax revenue year in 1988. This result was remarkable, especially in light of the likely acceleration of the realization of significant amounts of gains from 1987 and 1988 forward to 1986 because of the temporary tax advantage to do so.

    I’m willing to assume a backseat to evidence. Show me where cap gains tax cuts are raising enough revenue to pay for themselves, ie. to compensate for the lost revenue that they would otherwise have been generated.

    Not when Fox Limbaugh Beck still have a gullible audience. I am just happy that this President will give it right back to em even harder. In his second term he will have a great opportunity to really slam the GOP with the correct agenda to continue to improve the economy. The GOP always screw up our economy and our standing in the world. These are FACTS, records to not lie. The deception and agenda of the right wing is about wars, corps, government in our bedrooms and private parts, keeping citizens dumb an scared and divided. We can’t afford a Republican Presidency not a House and Senate.

    Romney’s grandfather and great grandfather had many wives…. That too is a fact. You won’t hear it on Fox, so that doesn’t make it not true.
