NEW YORK – May 18, 2012 – Syfy’s newest reality series Insane or Inspired? will premiere Friday, May 25 at 10PM (ET/PT). Each hour-long episode will count down the craziest, most hilarious and exciting videos from the internet that lean into the world of imagination, invention, and extreme experiences.
Actors Amber Benson (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), Samm Levine (Freaks & Geeks), Brooke Hogan, Ralph Garman, as well as television personality Josh Gates, host of Syfy’s Destination Truth, join comedians Ben Gleib, Owen Benjamin, Al Jackson, Jodi Miller, Elliot Chang, Jermaine Fowler, Adam Ray, Christina Pazistky, KT Tatara and Janet Varney to provide their unique commentary on each of the clips.

These fearless, everyday individuals attempt feats seen only in the pages of comic books, from shooting flames from their hands to constructing zombie-killing machete-slingshots and everything in between. Through it all, our cast of comedians and television personalities will break it down, from the genuinely amazing to the amazingly wild. In future episodes, Insane or Inspired? will explore ingenious inventions, creative backyard stunts and the wildest feats and flops on the web.
Insane or Inspired? is produced by Comcast Studios with Jay James, Betsy Rott, and Sean Olsen serving as Executive Producers.

Enough of these garbage so called reality shows on Syfy. I’m still ticked they canned Eureka
@Dan S – They didn’t, Comcast did.
How about a new sci-fi show on SyFy?

Syfy has gone completely to CRAP! Idiots! Haven’t watched them in over a year now.
This sounds like a TruTV show.
So Syfy is as much about sci-fi as MTV is about music…
What can we do to fix it???
We all know that it’s broken… tryin’ 2 make money and forget the loyal spectators/fans of actual sci-fi… I wish that the cable companies would cann the sy-fy channel and start a new one, because this one has nothing 2 do with sci-fi any longer… I totally agree with every comment on here so far… Even mine…
World’s Dumbest your not! it sucks> cancel it now. Leave it to the World’s Dumbest.
wow you people are haters! let them people do what they do what tv show r you guys on??? oh thats right your not!!!!
Im sorry but the so called comedians, really SUCK! Not funny at all! Shows better without them, a lot better. These people really suck at jokes. They shouldn’t but comedian at the bottom of their name, should just say their name, of take them out. Thank you
Great show, but we sure could do without the “cute” celebrity commentary.
Cool show idea, horrible format. Having to sit through all these bad jokes and puns is not worth it. Cut the show down to half an hour and just get a commentator. Perhaps one who interviews selected individuals during the show?
