NEW YORK – NBC presents live coverage of the 38th annual Nike Prefontaine Classic from Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. tomorrow at 3 p.m. ET.
The Prefontaine Classic, named after the late Steve Prefontaine, America’s legendary distance runner, is the premiere track and field meet in the United States and the only stop in North America on the prestigious World Athletics Tour. Featuring elite track and field athletes from around the world, only athletes ranked in the top-50 in the world in their events are eligible to compete.
