NBC Bemoans ‘Demonization’ in ‘Nasty’ Wisconsin Recall…Fueled By MSNBC

Seated atop a high horse on Monday’s NBC Nightly News, correspondent Peter Alexander lamented the tone of the Wisconsin recall election of Republican Governor Scott Walker: “It is a fiery local campaign that analysts say highlights the country’s nasty political landscape, where demonization often drowns out discourse.”

What Alexander failed to notice from his lofty perch was that left-wing MSNBC host Ed Schultz has driven much of the nastiness in the campaign. Launching his vicious assault against Walker in February of 2011 on The Ed Show, Schultz spewed: “Governor Scott Walker is trying to balance the budget on the backs of school teachers, prison guards, and snowplow drivers…on a mission to destroy basic human rights, union rights that is, for public employees.” From then through May of 2012, Schultz brought on 237 guests to denounce Walker.

    Then there is Rachel

Turns out that elsewhere in the same show last night, Maddow cut loose with — how should I put this? — a big, fat, easily checkable lie. A whopper, you might say, the thing she so despises when Romney does it. For some odd reason Maddow is unwilling to apply such a high standard to herself, lest the mirror crack.

Here she is saying this about polling for today’s recall election in Wisconsin

And I know the world is not paying attention to (Wisconsin GOP state senator) Dale Schultz (just praised by Maddow for his willingness to reach across the aisle) right now. The world wants to talk about the recall election of Gov. Scott Walker, the effort by Democrat Tom Barrett to replace Walker before the end of his first term as a governor. No poll since April has put Tom Barrett ahead of Scott Walker. But no poll has put Scott Walker above 50 percent at all!

Right — except for the WeAskAmerica poll on May 13 showing Walker at 52 percent, Barrett at 43.

And another WeAskAmerica poll ten days later showing Walker with 54 percent, Barrett at 42.

Followed by a Marquette poll from May 23-26 that put Walker over Barrett by 7, 52-45.

Continuing into June with another WeAskAmerica poll giving Walker another 12-point lead as of Sunday, 54-42. All four poll results (and a dozen others stretching back to August) as reported at RealClearPolitics

Rave on, MSNBC, rave on. Keep pissing off the righties. Keep getting at their goat. Keep causing them to fibrillate.

@Joan … your racist remarks regarding our First Lady say so much more about you than her. Let me be blunt: You’re a pathetic excuse for a human being and a waste of good oxygen.

Cut it out! You just wish yoiu would have said the same thing about Palin or Bachman!!

This Is Why People In Wisconsin Don’t Like Fox

During a report from Madison, Wisconsin on the recall election of Governor Scott Walker, Fox’s Neil Cavuto said to Fox Business’ Don Imus that “some people don’t like” Fox, adding: “I don’t know why.” Of course, people in Wisconsin have ample reason not to like Fox; the network has pushed a litany of falsehoods and distortions while covering both the Wisconsin recall effort and the state’s pro-labor protests.

Fox’s Cavuto Doesn’t “Know Why” “Some People Don’t Like” Fox

Cavuto Tells Imus: “Some People Don’t Like Us; I Don’t Know Why.” From the June 5 edition of Fox Business’ Imus in the Morning:

NEIL CAVUTO (Fox News host): Ironically enough, with overall union members in this state, [Walker] remains, oddly enough, a popular figure, much like Chris Christie in New Jersey. So with the union leadership and some of the passionate, outside Wisconsin state operatives, it’s very, very different.

DON IMUS (host): Where are you, Neil? I hear a horn honk.

    CAVUTO: I’m in Madison, Wisconsin.

IMUS: No, I know that. But I mean —

CAVUTO: Oh man, oh man. There’s a lot of that, a lot of that. No, seriously. But I mean, there’s a lot of that, and when they see Fox News here or me here — I mean there’s a — some people don’t like us; I don’t know why. [Fox Business, Imus in the Morning,

Just got an inside report on WI . Massive turn out reported in the inner cities busing in by the national Aden Party! Exit polling show Walker up by 1 in one poll and 6 in another poll.
It will probably be closer than thought because the unions saved all their outlandish tricks for today!
This from the horses mouth guys!
