   Um… Didn’t they just announce Teen Wolf is set to start filming 24 episodes in the fall due to some tax credit thing going on with California. Stop worrying about it being cancelled.

   @TheLyingGameFan: TLG shoots entirely in Texas. They would have to move production to CA if they were interested in applying for the tax credit there.

   Teen Wolf has a guarantee for 24 new episodes after this season

   “Teen Wolf” currently films in Georgia but will relocate to produce a minimum of 24 episodes in California this fall, said the California Film Commission. MTV actually received approval for a tax credit last year but didn’t want to move the show in midseason. It was approved for a credit of $10.4 million.

   I haven’t watched Secret Life since the end of Season 3. I’m not surprised at how much it has fallen. Season 4 has been a huge mess and ABCF ruined it’s momentum with that ridiculous break.

   Really surprised that the RHONY had a lackluster performance but let’s be honest. This show’s been on for five years and getting rid of half the cast wasn’t a smart move. The only needed to kick off kelly. I’m sure the numbers will go up, I quit watching when it got boring last season. The premiere was entertaining! Plus BBW reunion was on and that was propably half their audience. Can’t wait for damages and sons of anarchy later this year!

   I really really hope that 24 episodes of “Teen Wolf” comes true – that would be 4 seasons at that point!

   And now that they’ve mentioned they will be starting production on ‘Teen Wolf’ in the fall – I’m kinda scared they are going to super fast track ‘scream’ – which could totally go either way in the realm of success…

    People are forgetting that Teen Wolf does tremendously well in the foreign markets which is something that IJWMPB couldn’t say. It’s not going anywhere.

    I thought the Real Housewives of NYC would do better. Usually one new cast member is easier to take as opposed to three I guess. I do miss Alex and Jill was ok, but I think Kelly really couldn’t hang with all of the drama and Cindy just didn’t fit in at all. I do think these new ladies, Aviva, Carole and Heather, seem pretty cool though. Guess we will have to see how the rest of the season goes. I did enjoy the Basketball Wives reunion and hope they clean up their act. At least the NBA is doing well.

    After a week off, ‘Eureka’ came back with 1.97m and 0.6/2. That’s the highest viewership this season (and it tied its season-high demo). I hope it maintains this number until it ends. If nothing else, it provides a great lead for Syfy on Mondays when ‘Warehouse 13′ returns in July.

    It cracks me up to see some people saying that those ratings for Teen Wolf were just fine, but terrible for Secret Life, which had the same virtually the same rating. Do you all not realize that Secret Life is a show in its FIFTH season? It’s been on for four years. It’s also in a much tougher time slot, at 8. Teen Wolf is only in its SECOND season, and has very, very little competition in the 10 o’clock time slot. So if those ratings are pathetic for anyone, I think it would be Teen Wolf, pulling virtually the same numbers as a show in its fifth season, with less competition.

    MTV’s scripted shows just never seem to do well. At least the ones from the past few years have not been great. Some do ok but non even compare to the ratings the reality shows get.

    I agree with the people that are saying Secret Life is boring this season. There was so much time on the lesbean stuff last night and last week. I am to losing interest in the show. Teen Wolf was good so far for season two. Great to hear it will be geting 24 more episode for the show.

    Secret Life has been really bad since it came back in March. ITA with the people that are saying too much time was spent on the parents, No one really cares that much about their characters. Fans were excited after Ricky and Amy got engaged, and then it was almost like that storyline was pushed to the side in favor of the gay storyline for Amy’s mom. It really doesn’t make any sense why they did that. It obviously cost them viewers. It’ll be interesting to see if the viewers return next week, since it looks like Ricky and Amy might get married.

    Secret Life’s ratings are significantly down from years past, but they’re still ok. The only show that does better on a consistent basis is Pretty Little Liars.

    @ABCFamilyFan If we are including this most recent season that is not exactly true. The Winter season of Switched at Birth did much better than Secret Life this most recent spring season
