NCIS is repeatly over and over again on the USA network. If CBS repeated the show on Sunday, it would probably suffer the same fate as Who Wants to be a Millionare on ABC. The alfabet network took a hit and repeated it so often, people got sick of it. CBS can repeat another show on Sundays that is not in syndication.

Why not repeat POI?
I believe they have a Sunday PoI repeat scheduled this month. All of their returning shows already have a timeslot, and they either can’t (repeat airings are limited) or don’t want to double up on only a couple shows, so instead they rotate them through the open timeslots until Big Brother returns.
