   Love The Killing. Strong results with the season finale coming, and with only 2 known pilots in the pipeline, plus the ridiculous showing of The Pitch, AMC would be crazy not to pick a 3rd season. Not to mention potentailly loosing eyeballs due to the DISH fiasco, might be better off with known properties versus newbies.

   Do you have any ratings for Saturday’s cable shows, am interested in how the Steve Austin show Redneck Island did on CMT???

   or if not where I could find them??

   But there’s something that strikes me…Veena Sud commented in a lot of interviews that during season 2 the new crime will be presented, and so far (and with 42 min remaining I doubt…) there’s no indication of a new killing..I reaally want season 3 with a new crime…

   With The Killing being on AMC it’s almost impossible to say what the might do after this season. On one hand it does OK for cable and OK against the competition it’s had this season. But with The Walking Dead being such a monster they may think they need to drop lower performers and aim higher. Then again, Mad Men, which isn’t all that impressive in the ratings, continues to get major promo and love from the channel. I’m expecting cancellation, but won’t be too surprised if we see an additional season next year.

   That rating for Flipped Off is decent. Why do they bury it at 11 PM on Saturdays? Would it have killed them to leave it in primetime at least?

    YIKES! Thought Victorious would get 3 million. Nick really needs to better promotion. All 3 new episodes on Saturday on Nick were beat by a new Shake it up and a repeat of Shake It Up. That’s bad cause victorious is a way better show. And saturdays episode was good.

    Soccer (Spain vs Italy game) beat MLB and a lot of NHL play-offs games.

    I hope The Killing comes back next season. Its 2 main actors are going to gain a lot of attention by then knowing that Joel Kinnaman will play Robocop and Mireille Enos will play the female lead in World War Z with Brad Pitt.

    Every new show on Disney Channel Friday and Sunday beat Nick’s iCarly, Victorious, Bucket & Skinner! And not sure if Spingebob was new, but Phineas and Ferb beat both the 10 and 10:30 episodes!!! Go Disney!

    Real housewives of New Jersey is doing well, but definitely lower than usual. Most people are sick of watching the housewives gang up on Teresa. I’m sure next week’s big “fight” episode between Caroline and Jacqueline vs Teresa will bring the numbers and demo up!

    Don’t watch Mad Men but have to laugh at the their ratings or lack there of. After basically holding AMC hostage for more money they bring in these type of ratings. From people online it seems like the season quality matched the ratings. But hey the award shows love them so I guess that counts for something.

    I am pleased to see Girls failing miserably. It’s one of the most repugnant and overrated pieces of garbage I’ve ever had the misfortune of watching.

    Why so much hate on Mad Men? Mad men is doing bad but The Killing does good? Mad men did 80% better than the killing Lol. The Killing fans are delusional.
