truTV’s Hit Series ‘Lizard Lick Towing’ Returns with 2.7 Million Viewers

truTV’s hit series Lizard Lick Towing returned last night with an outstanding 2.7 million viewers, along with 1.5 million adults 18-49, the show’s biggest demo delivery ever. Lizard Lick Towing also ranked among basic cable’s Top 5 programs in the 10 p.m. half hour with total viewers, adults 18-34, adults 18-49, men 18-34 and men 18-49.

One of truTV’s most popular shows, Lizard Lick Towing follows the towing and repo company owners Ron and Amy Shirley as they repossess vehicles and machinery on behalf of lien holders – a difficult and often unpleasant task, to say the least. Ron is the hulking, tattooed owner of Lizard Lick Towing & Recovery. He and his best friend Bobby must go about the difficult task of tracking down and repossessing property, often coming face-to-face with irate owners. His wife Amy, a former champion power lifter, works the main office, where the owners often bring heated demands that property be returned. This season on Lizard Lick Towing, Ron and Amy’s business is threatened by a rival tow operation.
