NEW YORK – June 13, 2012 – NBC Sports Network’s coverage of Major League Soccer continues this weekend with an Eastern Conference game as the #5 Chicago Fire host the #2 New York Red Bulls Sunday at 5 p.m. ET.

 

COMMENTATORS: The NBC Sports Group’s lead soccer commentary team of Arlo White (@arlowhite, play-by-play), and Kyle Martino (@kylemartino, “Between the Benches” analyst) will call the game in Chicago. Russ Thaler (@RussThaler) will host the pre-game, halftime and post-game segments live from Toyota Park in Chicago, Ill.

 

MARTINO ON THE MATCH: “Chicago has lost four of their last five games after dropping all three points last game on the road against New England. They will have to become the team that ‘is hard to play against,’ as the players said after the Revs defeat, if they want to avoid falling to a very talented New York Red Bulls.”
