Chris Matthews to Elizabeth Warren: ‘Let Me Help You’ as Much as ‘I, as a Journalist, Can Help’

Chris Matthews isn’t even trying anymore. The liberal anchor on Wednesday went into full Democratic adviser mode. Talking to Massachusetts Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren, he turned an interview into a strategy session, saying of the campaign against Republican Scott Brown: “Let me help you on this, to the extent that I, as a journalist, can help you.”

    Hi all.

@ Coffee Steve, have you heard that Win 8 will not come with Windows Media Center?

  • mike

I got home early from work today. Chris Matthews is unwatchable. He doesn’t call himself a journalist anymore does he?

  • lbsles

    From June 6th, WindowsSecrets.com

“Microsoft has announced that Windows 8 won’t support DVD-video playback unless you pay extra for Windows Media Center.”

“If you read the blog and were paying attention, that one sentence summarized the whole point of the discussion. In Windows 8, the only way to get Windows support for playing video DVDs is through Windows Media Center. To get WMC, you not only have to pay for Windows 8 Pro, you have to get the Pro Pack or Media Center Pack, too. Prices haven’t yet been announced.”

MSNBC is in the tank. The new numbers are brutal. They over promised in Wisconsin. They were sucessful in destroying Bush and Obama won. I think there viewers thought that they could influence the vote in Wisconsin.

Where is Ed? I would be willing to bet he is not vacationing with the working classes. I picture him sipping martinis by a pool somewhere enjoying the all the money MSNBC pays him.

CNN is close to beating MSNBC. I do love it so!

    Malkin destroys arrogant Juan Williams

Resident lefty on FNC Juan Williams is usually fairly cordial, but he had a pretty low moment yesterday when he arrogantly talked down to Michelle Malkin. An irritated Williams unleashed the ego and said ‘real journalists’ like him were sooo much better than lowly ‘bloggers’ out there on the blogosphere — — only to be slam dunked by Malkin.

The economy isn’t growing fast enough to create the number of jobs the country needs to achieve a stronger recovery, says Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner.

President Barack Obama grabbed headlines recently when he said the private sector was “doing fine,” which drew criticism in light of dismal monthly jobs reports and tepid growth rates.

“It is a very tough economy still … growth not as strong as we would like,” says Geithner, speaking at the Council on Foreign Relations, The Hill reports.

For those that missed it todays unemployment number actually grew by 9,000 +

  • mike

I saw it it is hard to be a lib journalist these days. The pressure is starting to get to them. They have to defend Obama and Holder.

My construction company is having it’s worst year ever. Yep the private sector is doing just fine.

And how many dropped from the continuing un-employment ranks?
