   Looks like Assa, I mean Issa is going to force the vote on their witch hunt of Eric Holder perhaps tomorrow. The GOP leaders are fighting to see who has more power. Boehner & Cantor vs Issa, let’s see who win?

   The GOP leaders see that AG Holder has made offers to provide materials but Issa is more interested in smearing the first black AG under President Obama. Boehner & Cantor know that the consequences for this action is going to back fire. But, we in California know what an idiot Issa is and we are not surprised over his radical behavior just to create attention for himself.

   You did not ask me for input but here it is.

   First the way the world was then is not now, shoot at that time in the US an 18 year old could drink beer in most states.

   Then we need to understand how many illegal aliens were in the US compared to now, what was the US unemployment rate at that time? What was the US dollar worth?

   Next, what was the impact on the US citizen compared to now like in health care, school funding, public funding?

   Could illegal aliens in the 80s get lower tuition than an out of state student? How many families lived in the US then as to now. Could they get welfare payments / HUD support, WIC support, Food Stamps? The one thing I did not see them say they wanted was a blanket amnesty or to single one specific group within the group of illegal aliens.

   Most of all I saw them saying we need to look at the big picture and without saying it to pass a bill not a redirection of assets.

   If that debate took place in the GOP today both of them would’ve been booted off stage. Both Reagan and Bush would be called Socialists and Communists. As far as not actually saying the word Amnesty, here’s another Reagan video where he actually talks about Amnesty:

   You are correct that times have changed…the Country has moved even further right. Nowadays, Republicans like Reagan and Bush wouldn’t have a place in their own Party. Some of their views and actions would be considered too liberal for today’s GOP. Especially when it comes to their views on illegal immigration. Reagan even had tax rates for the rich at 50% for 5 years…Obama has it at 35% and he’s considered a socialist. Imagine what they’d call Reagan in today’s time…lol.

   As to your comment about getting slapped “I slap em right back” we have laws and processes in this country and the witch hunt has yet to provide an absolute result. So until then set aside your Fox fueled hatred of Eric Holder and see the misconduct of the process that will ultimately fail in getting any results that will benefit the family of the dead border patrol officer due to Issa’s posturing and pandering for his own political gain…. Need a hint “smart guy” solyndry = no findings!

    Yeah, it’s hard for some of them to hear their hero (Reagan) sound like a Socialist and a Communist…lol. But if I don’t show them those videos, they’ll never believe that he actually said those things. I think Reagan would make a great Democratic candidate in today’s time…lol.

    With all due respect Regan was a monster. Sold out his country on so many levels, Iran contra, Iran hostages, trickle down economics, horrible recession, ignored AIDS while tens of thousands of people died and so on….

    YES is GREAT compared to:

    Nixon
    Ford
    Bush1
    Bush2 (especially)
    Dole, Mccain, Romney

    If that’s the comparison scale you are using then I 100% agree!!

    DeWitt, Mich. — The protesters popping up at Mitt Romney’s rallies throughout Michigan Tuesday look like run-of-the-mill grassroots liberals — they wave signs about “the 99 percent,” they chant about the Republican’s greed, and they describe themselves as a loosely organized coalition of “concerned citizens.”

    They’re also getting paid, two of the protesters and an Obama campaign official told BuzzFeed.

    At the candidate’s afternoon stop outside a bakery in DeWitt, a group of about 15 protesters stood behind a police barricade, a few of them chanting in support of Obama. Asked why he was protesting, a man dressed in a grim reaper costume pointed a reporter to a pair of “designated representatives” standing in the shade.

    “I can’t talk, you gotta get one of those people over there to talk to y’all,” he said. “They’re the ones who can talk to reporters.”

    Neither of the representatives agreed to give their names, but two protesters said they were getting paid to stand outside of the rally, though their wage is unclear: one said she was getting $7.25 per hour, while another man said they were being paid $17 per hour.

    and prosecutorial descretion does not apply when they are “ORDERED” to not prosecute for a certaing select group. Prosecutorial descretion is case by case.

In other words, the GOP would think that Reagan would be a perfect Democratic candidate in today’s time because of his stance of immigration and taxes. I totally agree with you that Reagan was crook and probably the worst president of our time.

    Solyndra had no findings during that witch hunt, because Issa made it all about him, as he is doing in the fast and furious.
    Stop being dramatic, my argument is about the conduct of the GOP their corrupt leadership and failure to properly handle this matter due to their own desire to gain politically in attacking Eric Holder. The damage Issa has done in bringing the family any type of justice should be what you are complaining about.

    My argument is the way the corrupt GOP are perusing this case to smear AG Holder. Don’t suggest Because I feel this is a witch hunt that it takes away from the families loss. Rush Limbaugh tact doesnt fly with me.

    We are seeing what type of “leader” Willard Mitt Romney is…. One that refuses to answer a simple question on immigration. McConnell even passed the ball to Mitt and still Mitt won’t answer. Seems everyone has a position on this matter ( these people deserve a path to citizenship) or ( they took our jobs!!!) all except Mitt, he hasn’t made up his mind yet. Maybe he’s waiting for a few Supac checks to clear first??
