True Blood was again the number one cable program on Sunday night, earning a 2.6 adults 18-49 rating, down from last week's 2.9 premiere rating. Falling Skies earned a 1.5 rating.
We only receive the top 100 cable shows for adults 25-54 for the whole day from our principal source. If you don’t see an original episode of a show here, it’s because it wasn’t in the top 100.
The list below is long but you can use your browsers "find on page" feature (usually CTRL+F or CMD+F) to search - that's probably the easiest way to find Sister Wives.
UPDATE: Lots more ratings data below the table via commenter Nick

That’s crazy euro soccer that America has no involvement in does better than baseball. And only a 0.31, sad
Nick, You’re the best. Thanks a lot for Euro 2012 and other sports ratings.
Is it too much too ask for Friday game Ukraine-France ratings? ESPN2, telecast started 11:45 AM, but play was suspended after 5 minutes due to heavy rain, then resumed at roughly 1PM. So it might be very low watched game.
I can not wait for the season finale of the legend of korra.!!!! It’s going to be EPIC.!!!!
really likening longmire. the killing was great. if it comes back fine , if it doesn’t , oh well i had two great seasons. girls was great too.
Those are pretty sucky numbers for Mob Wives Chicago..im sure VH1 isn’t pleased..
@ Rocco: That’s simple mate: they should fire Veena Sud as soon as possible. I really don’t understand why AMC would keep her as the show runner. I mean they fired frickin’ Darabont last year! Fire that full of herself hack and keep the show for a third and potentially last season, with Holder as the main character.
@geo That might work. I’m trying to think of a reboot that worked, otherwise, maybe give him his own new show ?
@Silvio
Thanks for remembering me. I must have had a great impact on you. True Blood is down some from its premiere. That’s extremely normal. Falling Skies is right where it was all season accept for the premiere and finale. So you’re obsessed that it’s down from two episodes? Everyone knew those A&E shows were going to fall some. They premiered just a few weeks ago. One was a new show. It’s no surprise some of these shows are falling. Use some common sense. Other shows were up but no one says anything about that, because you’re so biased. The theme is if shows are down, they are down. If shows are up, they are up. Stop making excuses for every show, every week, why your show is down. Sports, holidays, a big movie came out, blah blah, etc etc.
Oh and by the way. You see what I meant yesterday when I said Falling Skies skews the oldest out of all the big genre shows on cable. True Blood and Falling Skies had the same amount of total viewers this week and yet TB beat FS by more than one point in the demo.
@jordan
It’s hard not to remember something so absurd as claiming no show is overlapping in audience with any other, and thus never having impact on each others viewership.
Thank god you don’t work on movies release schedule.
Oprah Kardashian Special: 0.5
Oprah’s Next Chapter: 0.2
Why is a 150% increase bad?
If they do bring “The Killing” back for another season, I’d hope they’d do what Damages does: Have each season be its own mystery, while allowing the character to have emotional ties to past events. It’d be really unfortunate to have the show canceled in the middle of an unsolved mystery; though in the long run, that might be the perfect series finale. Some crimes after all, do go unsolved.
@Silvio
You’re completely useless. There have been so many times where people make excuses for why there show was down in the ratings. And the next week they stay the same again. All I’m saying is stop making excuses and whining about why your show down. The numbers are the numbers. Accept what they are and wait for the ratings again next week. There are a million channels today. So there is always going to be a lame excuse. So you can say everyday there is overlapping. It’s a waste of time for your ridiculous excuses. And you’re now making excuses for movies too lol. If it’s a good show or movie, the audience will find it. The excuses era is over. Deal with the numbers and move on Silvio.
Is this the lowest rated episode of True Blood since season 2? I don’t remember any episodes not topping 4.7-4.8 million the past two seasons. The NBA Finals had something to do with it, but I wonder if people are finally growing tired of 75% of the storylines being utter garbage. I’m to the point where I’m ready to just DVR the show and skip through all of the terrible plots.
@jordan
Those are not excuses. That’s not my show, I don’t produce it, why I would need excuses? Those are explanations. Which everybody seems to understand except one extremely stupid person.
I don’t know what do you have against Falling Skies, did your boyfriend left it because of it? So you come here trolling after premiere aired. While I gave my explanations before airing in prediction “game”.
————————————————————————-
Quoting myself (yeah, I know it’s lame) from prediction “thread”:
Terrible timing for a TNT’s Falling Skies Premiere. Two-hour season 2 premiere at 9-11PM goes again final day of US Open on NBC and NBA finals on ABC.
US Open viewership should peak at approximately 8:20PM to 10:30PM when leaders Furyk and McDowell (tee off 6:10PM, 3:10PM PST) should be at back 9 holes.
NBA finals Game 3 viewing should peak during 2nd half (around 9:45PM to 11PM).
There is repeat of both Falling Skies episodes (11PM, 12AM) + there is thing called DVR = with those numbers included FS should be OK – but original A18-49 ratings not so.
Episode 3 goes against Game 6 of NBA finals next Sunday (series tied at 1-1, so it’s very probable it goes 6+ games, doubt either team can now win 3 in a row).
The Killing (AMC), Client List (Lifetime) and Girls (HBO) season finales could also be affected by sports heavy day. Also, marginal Showtime shows are all having season finales today: Nurse Jackie, The Borgias and The Big C (perhaps series finale). I really don’t know which of those shows are female skewed (and hate to guess it) and therefore to be less affected. But it’s probable all those won’t have usual season finale ratings spike, instead being flat to “regular” episodes.
Young skewing True Blood is probable to suffer from NBA today. Similar, various “Sunday movies”. On the other hand, old-skewing Longmire and The Glades are probable to take hit from US Open. MLB baseball on ESPN and College World Series on ESPN2 are certain to take big hit.
@Nick thanks!!
Impressed with SyFy’s numbers for PiranhaConda! It was cheese to the max, but fun to watch. I read the Twitter feed for the film and it seems the consensus was the same. Even though viewers know SyFy movies are about as B as you’ll find, they are still willing to tune in and take them for what they are – mindless fun!
@Nick
“Oprah Kardashian Special: 0.5
Oprah’s Next Chapter: 0.2
Why is a 150% increase bad?”
Because everything they’re on is supposed to draw ‘huge’ numbers. These aren’t. Yes, they’re an improvement for OWN, but not mind-blowing.
It seems to me that the only place they draw a large audience is their show. I mean, for all intents and purposes, Kim’s guest appearance on Drop Dead Diva did nothing for Lifetime; maybe even backfired considering the backlash from the devoted fans of the show. Her presence probably kept many of them away, and definitely the casual viewer.
@Silivo
Do you wait for me to write a comment lol? What a loser. You answer me back almost right away. It’s a tv show and an opinion. Get a life man. You’re wrong again. Even the people who make this site make fun of the lame excuses why shows are down in ratings. You get the ratings and you take them for what they are. Not make excuses for 300 shows why they are down. Why don’t you understand still? How many times can i say the same thing? It’s like talking to a wall. You think people care about your prediction crap too lol? I’m getting bored with you. So I’m done after this. I don’t care about Falling Skies. I don’t make excuses for any TV show on television. You want to give an excuse for every show because of sports, holidays, award shows, go ahead. Excuses don’t change the numbers. You obviously don’t know the definition of excuse. Explanations are excuses. I’m sure you can’t wait to use the Olympics as you’re excuse why the FS finale was down. I know you’re slow but just say this. The show was down this week. Next week I hope it goes up. I bet when shows are up in the ratings extra, you never say how there was less competition on one night. For the last time. i don’t make excuses for any shows!!
Meloni was outstanding on True Blood! Keller is back!
That’s all The Killing got? You figure people who didnt watch this season just to find out who killed Rosie. Which of course was another dupe. The suspect tracker didn’t take into account 2 killers. Pathetic, I hope it gets cancelled.
