O’reilly beats out Hater Ed over 4-1 …… I guess HATE TV just doesn’t get it done !!

O’reilly really is the KING … Congratulations Bill you are one of the few on the air that has any integrity
======================
You seem to be confusing viewers with integrity. He’s the only one on the air with 3 million viewers, not integrity. Ted Haggard had one of the biggest Christian ministries in America, but we now know that his body hadn’t a shred of integrity in it.
Just a quick not to Hillbilly and PaulG: I didn’t forget about you two. I replied on Tuesday’s post. Have a great night everyone!
What is the point of comparing TV ratings between a Justin Bieber special and a Bill O’Reilly telecast?
If a ratings comparison matters here, compare the 18-49demo between the two…or even the 25-54 demo.
Bieber Special: 0.9 demo.
O’Reilly: 0.3 demo.
Other than for the eldery segment of the population, Bieber seems to be the clear head-to-head winner.
Ed Schultz’s wife Wendy Schultz-Schultz (m. 1998) is a psychiatric nurse ?
Did a Schultz marry a Schultz ? They may need to hire a new psychiatric nurse ?
Argh. I won’t be watching that new show at 3 pm on MSNBC. I can’t stand that awful, Cupp woman. I could not tolerate her on Real Time, so why would I suffer seeing her on my TV? MSNBC almost got it right, but threw a wrench in the mix with this person who does not belong on TV. OK, on my TV.
Friday could be eh…an interesting day to say the least
Breaking…
*Italian PM: We have a week to save eurozone…
Italian prime minister warns that there is no room for failure in talks between single currency’s big four countries
Italy’s prime minister, Mario Monti, has warned of the apocalyptic consequences of failure at next week’s summit of EU leaders, outlining a potential death spiral whose consequences would become more political than economic.
Justin Bieber Bombs on TV, And Isn’t Doing So Great on the Charts
Justin Bieber has been sold to us in forceful amounts, but maybe it’s not working after all. His TV special last night on NBC, “All Around the World,” was a bust. For an 8pm show aimed at pre-teens, it finished fourth out of five shows at that hour. Bieber got a very lackluster 0.9 rating in the 18-49 demo and scored just 3.3 million viewers– about half the number of top rated “So You Think You Can Dance” on Fox. It was also beaten by “Dogs in the City.”
Hey, Oreilly, as a matter of fact, ALL of Fox News IS, very entertaining!

Rats , you mentioned Wells Fargo . I just read where Wells Fargo may move jobs overseas. “The jobs in question are particularly in Wells Fargo’s technology, retirement division and other business lines. While the jobs are likely to be shifted to India and the Philippines, the amount was not disclosed.”

1nancy2,
I read 24/7 Wall Street. The blog had a list of the “Ten Brands That Will Disappear In 2013
I was surprised by this one.
Current TV
“Al Gore’s Current TV was on life support even before it fired its only bankable star, Keith Olbermann, in March following a set of battles with the host over his perks. He was replaced by serial talk show host failure Eliot Spitzer. Compared to Olbermann’s March figures, Spitzer’s ratings in April were down nearly 70%, according to TV audience measurement firm Nielsen. At the time, The Hollywood Reporter wrote, “Replacement Eliot Spitzer pulled an anemic 47,000 total viewers in the first outing of Viewpoint, with just 10,000 among adults 25-54. The weeks since saw an early rebound, particularly in the demo, but in its four weeks on air Viewpoint has steadily declined in both respects.” Reuters recently reported that Current TV’s audience had fallen enough that cable giant Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC) may have the right to discontinue carrying the channel. The closest Current TV has to a star is talk show veteran Joy Behar, a former cast member of “The View,” who had her own show canceled by CNN’s HLN in November. Gore does not have the pockets to keep a network with no future going.”

You all have fun
@Ratboy
I am starting to get “real” concerned about the markets tomorrow dude.
Have a good night everyone, be back Friday Morn.
Looks like the news on the Banks was already accounted for by the market. Where the market goes on fri depends on the economic and political news of the day. most traders are wusses and do not wish to have their own money in the market over the weekend so expect it to be heading down at the end of the day.
Comparing O’Reilly with Bieber who ever came up with that headline had their head in the sand for at least the past decade. Two very different audiences. Even I know that. I guess O’Reilly has been kicking the sh*t out of everybody else in the cable news group they needed to find him some competition.
@UpAndOver: >>> MSNBC has a new program coming…
It will be called ‘The Four’…. <<<
You're partly right, UAO. I heard it was going to be 'The Point-0-Four'.
@Obveeus: Tell me if you feel ‘elderly’ (if and)when you turn 55.
@Ralph Hahn
I think it’s The Four at 3…..
LMAO

He is sure most of his viewers don’t have premium cable and aren’t counted…

“Here is the problem/problems with the poll – note below taken right from the Quinnipiac site. From June 12 – 18, Quinnipiac University surveyed 1,697 registered voters with a margin of error of +/- 2.4 percentage points. Live interviewers call land lines and cell phones. The survey includes 698 Republicans with a margin of error of +/- 3.7 percent.
first you have 1000 D’s to 700 R’s, Thats a problem”

Wrong!!! It’s very convenient that you assumed that 1,000 Democrats were polled. Newsflash!!! You forgot about the Independents…the most important voting block of the race…lol. I would call you a rookie, but I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt. By the way, if you scroll all the way down on their site you can click on a more detailed look at the Party identification for this poll by clicking on ‘Demographic Summary’:
http://www.quinnipiac.edu/institutes-and-centers/polling-institute/florida/release-detail?ReleaseID=1766
But in case you don’t feel like it, here’s what it shows:
====================
FL0612 Demographics
====================
From June 12 – 18, 2012 Quinnipiac University surveyed 1,697 registered voters in Florida with a margin of error of +/- 2.4 percentage points.
PARTY IDENTIFICATION – Generally speaking, do you consider yourself a Republican, a Democrat, an Independent, or what?
PARTY IDENTIFICATION
Republican——29%——555
Democrat——–32——-490
Independent—–35——-580
Other/DK/NA—–5——–72
As you can see less Democrats were polled and that the total is 1,697. I hope that helps clear up any confusion that you may have had.
