Dallas was the top cable program Wednesday night with a 1.3 adults 18-49 rating down 0.2 from last week's premiere. The number two cable original was Royal Pains which earned a 1.0 adults 18-49 rating down from a 1.1 last week.
We only receive the top 100 cable shows for adults 25-54 for the whole day from our primary source, if you don't see your show it wasn't in that top 100 list.
The list below is long but you can use your browsers "find on page" feature (usually CTRL+F or CMD+F) to search - that's probably the easiest way to find last night's episode of Operation Repo.

Sorry, I meant premiere-to-sophomore episode.
In related ABC Family news: http://www.variety.com/article/VR1118055791?refCatId=14
I don’t think TNT really cares, they’ve revived Dallas an iconic series and have decent numbers.
The two go hand in hand in suggesting that, should it be renewed it’l get more episodes.
There’s nothing wrong with renewing something after 3 episodes, it happens quite a bit with cable shows.
I’m a futurama fan and didn’t really know its premiering Wednesday already.
Wednesday Night Baseball: Cardinals vs. Tigers (ESPN2)

Baseball Tonight (ESPN2)
-9:37 PM: 0.345 million viewers, 0.12 A18-49
NHL Awards Show (NBC Sports Network)
-7 PM: 0.183 million viewers, 0.06 A18-49
Figure It Out (Nickelodeon)
-7 PM: 2.169 million viewers, 0.32 A18-49
Hollywood Heights (Nick at Nite)
-9 PM: 0.451 million viewers, 0.12 A18-49
-12:03 AM: 0.460 million viewers, 0.21 A18-49
Sorry to be ‘that guy’, but does anyone know how School Spirits (SyFy) or Diamond Divers (Spike) did?
@nick thanks. Wow 0.343 viewers and 0.07 demo. Lmao that will be funny when I ridicule my friend about it who’s a Cards fan
Baseball needs a revival when it comes to their national presence b/c it sucks pretty badly right now. MLB seems a lot like the NBA right now from 1999-2007. Their going to need to some new blood to really get this sport going again on a national level.
Dallas looks like it will be renewed as its going to make too much money for TNT overseas for them to ever really cancel it. Like somebody said before if the weakest scripted show on cable Franklin & Bash can get renewed then Dallas can definitely get renewed.
Thanks to Nick for additional ratings. I was surprised to see an episoe of Married With Children in the top one hundred list as well.
Dallas is already sold to over 30 countries worldwide and will probably end up being sold to around 50. They probably pay at least $100,000 per episode – this show will run for a couple more years I’m sure. There’s too much potential to cash in on this. Italy are going to show it in primetime this fall, along with the UK and Germany. In Italy it will be only US import to be shown in primetime in over 12 years.
I LOVE BBT — but honestly, I think I’m the only person on this board–geek or otherwise–who tends to go on about it. But yeah, it’s a mighty beast. And it’s smart, very smart. But it’s also easily the funniest show on right now.
I’m surprised you would think Modern Family would get TBBT’s big numbers in syndication. It’s a smart little show, but I do doubt it. One thing about TBBT, I think, is that it appeals to the younger viewers, if nothing else.
TBBT’s humor is smart?? please bitch
@ Peter – you really need to go there? Discussion forum dude.
@The End: >>> Okay my example was kinda bad but there is no X-Files esq conspiracy going on here, BBT had more viewers in the 18-49 demo and that’s that buddy. <<<
OK, prove it! Find me a weblink that I can click on to see those fractionalized numbers myself.
Oh, I didn't say anything about a conspiracy. After somehow persuading CBS to cancel "Unforgettable," (CBS apparently reads these boards) now CBS execs are kicking themselves in their arses and talking about a late-spring, early-summer season with fewer episodes of U/F.
I'm usually on the cable news board, but I see that the regulars here are Gen X or younger who see themselves as future network programmers. And, 'some' here spin any numbers to back up their claims that the sky is green, figuratively.
The way that weekly list is compiled, it's done strictly by ratings points 18-49. The money demo for news is 25-54. That's why although Bill O'Reilly brought in over three million viewers to his show on the current list, as Hannity nearly had, they are ranked at the bottom. It's apples and oranges. When cable news shows are ranked in one age demographic and entertainment cable in a another (younger) demo, there should be no comparison.
People on this page laugh that only us old geezers watch cable news. Well, folks in the teen, 20s and some in their 30s watch "Comedy Central" for their news. Have you ever seen the number of comedy writers who make up the fake news for Jon Stewart? Yet, some younger people believe all that crap. Tina Fey 'playing' Sarah Palin on SNL said that line "I can see Russia from my house" and that was attributed to Palin herself. But, since it was said on TV, it MUST be true, right?
DALLAS did the exact opposite of what I expected
I thought it’d lose 18-49 and maintane TTL viewers
Still,
Dallas is #1 show on cable
@Ralph Hahn
I honestly don’t care enough to debate this. Just realise that the 1.3 for example could mean 1,350,000 viewers in the 18-49 or 1,320,000 for example. Having more viewers in total doesn’t mean anything as these tables are ranked by the highest amount of viewers in the 18-49, this is how TVbythenumbers works.
Robert and Bill etc have access to these numbers and rank shows accordingly, they haven’t made a mistake here.
Dallas is perfect summertime fun: a little bit corny, a little bit glitzy. I enjoyed it far more than I expected to. Much better than those awful reality shows.
Dallas should be doing a lot better, since there is nothing to watch on TV during the Summer. I’m sure glad I like to read. But I’ll run out of Dexter books soon, Then what. I’m not watching anymore new shows except Dallas. Because They just cancel them once they get you hooked. Anyone remember Ringer..
Hearing someone say that TBBT is smart is one of the most LOL worthy things I’ve ever heard. It’s mindless drivel. Imagine it without the pathetic laugh-track telling you when to laugh and see how funny it is…
It’s bloody awful!
