Dana, you are so right. I was a sophomore when we integrated and not a problem at all. We all got along and it went well. I know the history and the horrible things that have happened to blacks are horrible and not easily forgotten but if we don’t move on, it never gets better. I think this president has set reach relations back 50 years.

You are the one ducking & twisting the issue. Nobama could have made any rule he wanted. The court didn’t compel him or the EPA to write the words in the Mats rule. They (the court) vacated the Clean Air Mercury Rule. The rule to replace the CAMR is the MATS rule. Nobama’s EPA helped make/write the rule. You don’t want to admit to that or admit Nobama has no C&T law. I’m guessing you don’t wanna admit a dem prez crushed the nuts of the middle class & the poor. Not to mention the loss of union jobs.
It was collected once the rule was mandated. Should they have ignored the court ruling?

Nobama’s EPA Administrator says we finalized the rule. Dec 24, 2009 they did the ICR deal to submit emissions information for use in developing air toxics emissions standards. It’s plain as day Nobama & his EPA helped write the MATS rule. The court DID NOT write the MAT rule. They only said a new rule was needed. Congress gave the EPA Administrator ALLOT of power in writing the rule[s]. They sure used it in this case.
