   longmire is doing well for the time and that it skews old or old minded. that hbo hasn’t renewed the newsroom makes me think that they are waiting to see how people warm up to it.

   Ouch the Great escape beat out by storage hunters on sister networks, crazy considering the advertising they did to promote it, the great escape that is. I truly thought that show would pull 2.5-3.2 million with 1.1 or higher demos. Just goes to show you, the networks are making bank with these shows.

   @DW,

   HBO (or anyone) shouldn’t be renewing shows right at the premiere anyway. It was ludicrous when they did that with Luck.

   I don’t see Falling Skies getting cancelled at all, but the drop in viewers is a major surprise. I don’t think it’s the best show on TV but, the fans who loved it last season seemed to REALLY love it, which is why the ratings seemed so steady. I expected heavy growth this season.

   I see I was overly optimistic – thinking that Falling Skies would only drop to a 1.4.

   I will agree a bit with the poster above about there being too many characters — there are several of the characters on True Blood that are boring me to tears at the moment. Fortunately they never spend too much time with any one storyline so I’m not tempted to change the channel.

   I’m really enjoying Longmire.

    Go Good Luck Charlie! It totally beat Korra! Yay! GLC won the ratings race against Korra finale! Take that Nick lovers!!! And don’t dare blame promos, because Nick did A LOT of promotion for Korra finale!

    Said it before. Falling Skies needs something more than moving their motley crew from place to place, from mini-crisis to mini-crisis. It’s already getting old, but the three budding romances help widen the plot somewhat.

    Wow GLC did really good..!! I give props to Disney, cuz they know how to promote their shows.! Unlike nick, I only saw like 2 promos of the legend of korra for the whole week.!! But coming out with more than 3.5 million is pretty good.. I still feel pretty bad for nick, cuz if they would of promote the show very good it would of beat GLC, cuz it’s a better show and the ep was a lot better…And like I said before GLC is the only good show left on the network.! Ending it will make Disney go down..

    Ummm coming from a person who watches Disney, doesn’t know much about nickelodeons promotion.!! Nickelodeon did not promote the show very well they only showed like 2-3 promos for the whole week.!! How would I know.!? Cuz I watch Nickelodeon DUHH.!!

    Um, @i luv nickelodeon, when I was watching Victorious and Figure it out on Nick (the only good shows left on Nick), they did show promos. And it was all over twitter and facebook. And on YouTube too. Stop blaming Nick for promotion when it’s just that Nick sucks….

    Whats to comeback with.!?? That’s a series high for GLC, and nothing else they air will go higher… I don’t see y they had to have another baby cuz they will start making video clips or watever to the new baby and the show is called Good Luck CHarlie.!!

    @ I luv Nickelodeon- shut up; even if Nick did promote LOK a lot it still wouldn’t have beat GLC! The first episode of LOK had only 4.0-5.0 million viewers and got super promoted, and GLC got over 7 million, thats a big difference, Face it: GLC is just more popular than LOK, stop acting like LOK could’ve beat GLC

    There is a difference between tv and the Internet.! So if they promoted the show show on YouTube I would see it.. Nickelodeon on YouTube didn’t even bother to upload and promote the season finale ep on their channel, so other people did, but some didn’t have over 200,000 views.. And for twitter and Facebook I did see nick talk about the show, but not a lot.! They talked about the teenage mutan nija turtles(new show) and big time Monday.! O and as for tv nick DID NOT promote the show like it should of been.! I saw more promos about figure it out and big time returns..
