2 million + for THE FIVE!!!!!
everybody’s numbers wer up but OReilly did not gain as much because he had Laura Ingram filling in. Huge numbers for Hannity!
Loved the reaction of the GOP when Fox News had to correct their mistake when they found that the Health Care Law was rightfully upheld. They screamed and cried, and they are still crying today. Rush Hannity, Palin spewing vile words about millions of people being able to stay on their current policy.
GOBAMA2012!!!
Good for MSNBC. All primerime shows over a million viewers. Rachel was so good on her opening segment and Lawrence has been the voice of insight on the ACA. His Rewrite segment on Wednesday night was brilliant.
Looks like all the recent rulings helping Obama this week in the polls. Even Republican leaning Rasmussen Tracking has him up +1
The DOW closes up 227 points.
Must be due to the confidence in our economy and the passage of the Health Care Law!! Lol!
GOBAMA2012!!!
^^^^^^^Jeff, MSNBC was the only network that got it right at the outst. Both FOX and CNN got it wrong. Haha.
@theboss
At least Fox I believe corrected their mistake within 2 minutes. CNN was complete fail. CNN should stop it’s policy of trying to be the first to report something and make it policy to be the report it correctly
I would have preferred a single-payer system, or at least a public option. Keeping the for-profit system with private insurers was a mistake. Damn socialist president! Haha.
Yeah, Mark, but you gotta read beyond the first couple of lines. Haha.
Everyone here screaming “GOBAMA 2012″ aren’t going o like it when ALL of the hidden taxes set in and your pay check is smaller or your income tax refund is taken because you haven’t paid your fair share of Obamacare.
CNN seems to have this inferiority complex where they think if they report something 1 minute before anybody else it will somehow give them credibility. To many times they come out looking stupid because of it.
Roberts just ensured a 100% guarantee that Obama will be hanging with Carter as the worst President(s) in history after his pathetic tenure ends this year, the Republicans win the Senate (+5), and add another 18 Republicans to the House. GUARANTEED….you heard it here first.
@Denise
I believe something like 30M people are going to get refund checks because of Obamacare in late Aug, a friendly reminder from Obama how Obamacare is working for you.
In terms of who it effects. I think it will help people already getting Health Care and people who can’t afford it. It will screw over people who could afford it but don’t(at least for now) forcing them to buy it
Every Obamacare supporter is so stupid. Have fun paying more taxes, morons.
@Mark,
Yeah, screw over the people who did the right thing: got a job and payed taxes while rewarding on the losers on welfare taking advantage of the system.
“America’s Newsroom” at 10am had 2,934K viewers.
@RJ
For people getting health care now like myself, it will make my rates cheaper so I am happy
As I said the only people who get screwed are ones who are gambling nothing bad will happen to them now then will try opt into healthcare latter in there life. All Obama care says is if you plan to use the system at any point in your life you shouldn’t just opt in when it’s good for you. Basically more people in the system = lower insurance rates.
I personally am not a fan of the mandate(I didn’t like it 20 years ago when the Republicans pushed it, I don’t like it now when it’s “socialism”) but it’s better then what we have
Chief John Roberts is now being called by a traitor and getting death threats from the right.
Bush just did fly overs, President Obama toured and visited the folks in Colorado that have lost their homes.
GOP insert foot in mouth………again!

Colorado Gov. Hickenlooper defends Obama over reduced air tanker fleet
Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper said Wednesday it wasn’t appropriate for conservatives to criticize President Obama over the number of air tankers fighting wildfires across the state.
Speaking to reporters about the fires Wednesday, Hickenlooper, a Democrat, was asked about charges leveled by conservatives online that the Obama administration helped fuel the wildfires by cancelling a contract last year with a private company that provided air tankers to the U.S. Forest Service.
Obama earlier this month signed a bill increasing the number of tankers to the Forest Service’s fleet, which conservatives have said was a political nod to a swing state.
Asked about criticism from the right over the Obama administration’s cancelingof the contract, Hickenlooper offered an uncharacteristically strong defense of the president.
“Were these the same conservatives that were so worried about the Obama administration spending too much money, or were these different conservatives?” Hickenlooper said.
“Quite honestly, in a situation like this where over 30,000 people have been evacuated, I don’t think that (criticism of Obama) is appropriate,” the governor said. “We should be focusing our support on them and on the people out there risking their lives to fight these fires.”
But Hickenlooper wavered in his answers at times when asked whether there were too few resources to fight the fires.
“The one thing that keeps coming back to me is that the sooner you can get on these fires and the more resources you can get on them ASAP” the better, Hickenlooper said. “At this point at this level of fire concentration, we’re probably right at the edge of our limit, to be perfectly blunt. Now that we see what that limit is, perhaps we do need more.”
But he said later more air tankers would not have necessarily helped.
“At this point I don’t think we’ve had too few resources,” the governor said. “When you have a fire that explodes, which is what happened with the Waldo fire yesterday, we could have had 20 tankers and it wouldn’t have made a difference.”
The governor said that only after officials have had a chance to assess the fires later will they be able to determine whether or not more resources are needed.
“I think oftentimes in an election year people are trying to find any mistake and magnify it,” he said.
The governor also said he spoke with the president today about the damage, and Obama offered to do “everything that could possibly be done.” The president is scheduled to visit the state Friday and is expected to tour fire damaged areas.
Hilarious to hear righties defending free-loaders! The mandate was originally a conservative, Republican idea. You know, the party of personal responsibility and all of that sh$t.
