“LIVE” Heats Up Morning TV with A-List Celebrities,
Favorite Guest Co-Hosts and a Rousing Fourth of July Celebration
NEW YORK, NY – July 2, 2012 – Top morning talk show “LIVE! with Kelly’s” July lineup sizzles with superstar guests, a festive Fourth of July show and the exciting finale of “LIVE’s” “Coast-to-Coast Co-Host Search.”
Host Kelly Ripa kicks off the month in style when she and her guest co-host, Grammy-nominated musician and star of the upcoming reality series “Married to Jonas,” KEVIN JONAS, host a star-spangled July 4 edition of the show. Throughout “LIVE’s Fourth of July Party,” the duo will invite the in-studio audience to compete for prizes in “LIVE’s Independence Day Games,” a wacky array of crazy contests. Guests BLAKE LIVELY and CODY SIMPSON also will join in the fun.
All month long, an A-List lineup of guests will stop by, including John Travolta, Salma Hayek, Glenn Close, Anne Hathaway, Vince Vaughan, Will Ferrell and Ray Romano. Plus, favorite guest co-hosts will share the Host Chat desk with Kelly, such as MICHAEL STRAHAN, CARRIE ANN INABA, SETH MEYERS, MARK CONSUELOS and MARK FEUERSTEIN.
Mid-month, “LIVE” will showcase the finalists of “LIVE’s Coast-To-Coast Co-Host Search.” Thousands of viewers submitted video entries demonstrating why they should have the chance to join the stellar ranks of Kelly’s guest co-hosts. During the week of July 16-20, the five finalists will fly to New York for a week of competition, with the winner co-hosting the show with Kelly on July 24.
Summer nights are perfect for romance, and “LIVE” wants to give some lucky couples the opportunity to rekindle their passion with “LIVE’s Date Night Makeovers.” The week of July 9-13, five couples will be given head-to-toe makeovers and sent out on the town. Each day, viewers will hear their stories, see their transformations and get the scoop on their special New York City date nights.
Summer 2012 marks the return of “LIVE’s” popular “Grilling with the Stars,” a weekly cooking competition in which celebrities go head-to-head to see who has the best grill recipe. In July, the celebrity chefs will include CAROLINE MANZO of “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” and actresses KRISTEN JOHNSTON and CARLA GUGINO, all vying for the grand prize of a $25,000 check to their favorite charity, plus “LIVE’s” marvelous Golden Grill trophy.

All Live with kelly is about is she wants all her “hunky” guests to take their clothes off. Kelly even said “if he takes his off then I’ll take my clothes off”. Please don’t Kelly and show everyone your OUTIE belly button. This show’s become nothing but an immature overpaid talk show host to GUSHES over her guests and co-hosts. I’ll say it again, if a MALE talk show host talked like that about FEMALE guests he’d be off the air in no time at all. Instead with Kelly you hear Gellman and Shulie in the background laughing and encouraging her behaviour. What a joke Live has become since Regis has left the show. Even Michael Strahan took his pants off last week. Incredible.

I use to watch this show everyday, but I haven’t seen it since mid-February, I have a question, will there ever be a permanent co-host???? I really miss Regis!!! I’d really like to know what the ratings were when Regis was on and now that he’s gone. ????
Kelly Ripa asking a question when RON WOOD of The ROLLING STONES was on her show recently: “So did you think you’d last as a band with the Rolling Stones never mind being in music for 50 years?” Ron Wood in amazement answers back: “Yeah growing up in HIGH SCHOOL and even when I was in FACES I always dreamt I’d be one day playing with the Stones.” He joined the Stones in 1975 and the Stones began in 1962. lol Now if Kelly who MAKES $10 million a year would only HAVE even GOOGLED Ron Wood she would’ve KNOWN THIS. lol She is so bad it’s painful to watch some days.
I don’t know who signed her up to to this gig but this ain’t her thing. Seems like she’s doing this because everything else failed and her acting isn’t good. She mostly acts immature. She’s around my age, in the high 30′s and acts like a teenager. The reason she gushes over men is because of the audience, which is mostly women. She’ boring, fake, not much entertaining and still struggles interviewing. And she needs to eat a sandwich. Looks like she hasn’t eaten in months.
Actually JoeyDavid.com Kelly is 41 years old but as you said acts like a teenager. And you’re so right about her audience. When the cameras pan out to her audience it’s mostly women with a few men who tag along with these women. lol And she makes $10 million a year for nothing as I said before. She makes more money a year than the best hockey player in the world Sidney Crosby. Are you kidding me? And she’s so skinny as the last commented just said.
I believe I read they are going to announce the new permanent co-host in September. Also I think the 18-49 key demo rating has gone up since Regis left.
I’m hoping that they’re going to announce one day that this lousy show is cancelled for good.
What’s funny about Kelly also is she was voted one of America’s top 50 most influential media people. This is a woman who talks about toilets, tampons, her son masturbating, her GUSHING over her guests and co-hosts and her co-host Michael Strahan taking his pants off. And she’s voted one of America’s top 50 most influential? Give me a break. Oh plus her favourite tv show is Jersey Shore. LOL
I totally agree with all the above posts. She is really boring and stutters and stammers and keeps repeating herself and someone should remind her that it was Regis and Kelly who won the emmy, not just Kelly. She had better hang onto it, because I imagine it will be her last one

I really like Kelly and I believe Seth Meyers is going to be her next co-host, which I think the two of them will make a fantastic pair on daytime tv. All you haters leave Kelly alone lol..
