! Jeff…..Gas Prices RISING ….AGAIN ! Sorry to break it to ya.
Sorry for the long post but there are SOOO many Dems bailing it takes some space to share the info
Another N.C. Dem. Refuses to Endorse Obama
Another North Carolina Democrat is refusing to support President Obama’s reelection effort. This time it’s Rep. Larry Kissell.
“[H]e doesn’t plan to endorse Obama for re-election and isn’t sure he’ll attend his party’s national convention in Charlotte,” McClatchy reports. “Kissell represents the 8th District, which runs from Mecklenburg County to Robeson County. Last year’s redistricting added heavily Republican areas of Rowan, Davidson and Randolph counties while removing thousands of Democratic voters in Charlotte and Fayetteville.”
Matt Connelly, a regional spokesman for the Republican National Committee, remarks on Twitter: “Rep. Kissell’s (D-NC) district ends 9 blocks away from Bank of America Stadium, but he isn’t sure if he’ll attend the DNC.”
Kissell is also upset with Obama and Democrats over Obamacare. As McClatchy reports
Yet Another N.C. Dem. Won’t Endorse Obama, Will Skip Convention
Earlier today, news broke that North Carolina congressman Larry Kissell is refusing to endorse President Obama and might not attend the Democratic convention later this year in Charlotte, N.C. And now, there’s word that Rep. Hayden Rogers won’t be endorsing Obama or even attending the convention.
The Asheville Citizen-Times reports:
Hayden Rogers will join two other North Carolina congressional candidates in skipping the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte and not endorsing President Obama.
“My sole focus is on running for Congress in the 11th District,” Rogers said. “I will be concentrating my time and energy on reaching out to as many voters as possible to discuss the issues facing Western North Carolina and America. I have no plans to attend the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte and will not be endorsing in the 2012 presidential race.”
Another Dem to skip convention
Add Texas Rep. Henry Cuellar to the growing list of Democrats who are skipping the Democratic National Convention this summer.
TO BE AT YOU LOCAL PUMP SOON!!!!
Oil prices surge on Iran tensions, Norway strike
Oil prices shot up Tuesday on fresh tensions over Iran, where lawmakers threatened to shut the Strait of Hormuz in retaliation for oil sanctions, and after a strike shuttered production in Norway.
New York’s main contract, light sweet crude for August, soared $3.91 to close at $87.66 a barrel.
Bill — Squawkbox’s ratings are indeed UGLY.
Whoever is calling the content shots there just doesn’t get that Squawk’s viewers do NOT watch for political coverage, and are switching to Bloomberg as soon as Squawk brings on a political guest. Squawk’s ratings would be even UGLIER except that Bloomberg is getting nearly as bad — daily 8:30 Presidential election and economy updates!!!
When will FBN wake up and put a show like Squawk once was on in the 7-9 timeframe (nobody cares about 6-7). FBN would consistently beat CNBC in the spot within weeks.

I’m only reminiscing about the days when it was common for commenters to propose sending ‘Glenn Beck’ and its 2-million+ viewers to primetime, and not even ‘The Factor’ was safe then.
“According to a Newsweek/Daily Beast poll of likely voters, George Bush & Barack Obama now rates behind Jimmy Carter in the pantheon of great presidents. The poll asked likely voters to list the two best and the two worst presidents the history of the United States.”
Ugh. I realize these polls are always going to be biased toward presidencies that the respondents have personally lived through, but such answers still annoy me. Doesn’t anyone pay attention in their American History classes?
I don’t understand democrats who love the auto companies which can’t survive without bailouts but hate oil companies that turn profits. Would it make deomocrats happier if oil companies lost money and need the democrats to bail them out?

Jeff
Nice try but the economy is not doing well. I will be interested to get your reaction Friday at 8:35am.
I like you and when I make it big in Hollywood I want you to find me one of those high end houses.

Now THAT Joe is PROFOUND!!!!!!

Erin (she is a babe) Burnett BEATS Tingles in the key 25-64 demo. He seems to do better when he has a guest host.
I got a tingling in my leg when I saw his numbers for Monday.
I watched Blitz Wooffer interview that dope, the Chairman of the Republican Party. Does Blitz get paid by CNN or the Obama campaign?
I also tuned in to the National Barrack Channel or as they like to be called NBC.
After eight years of attacking Bush they must be tired of all the negativity. They never seem to have a harsh word for President Obama. I guess it is though to critize your Messiah.
“tough to critize your Messiah.”
That sarcasm loses all it’s bite when you screw up the spelling
We all just need to stop and watch Game of Thrones, maybe then we will all be happy and live in peace….just saying.

A nice thought but it might be fun to fight about politics on the Fourth of July. Our four fathers died for the right.
Communists.
@ratboy Thank you, i enjoy your postings. Do you have a facebook page?
Just go to Breitbart.com. That’s where most of his copy and paste comes from….

What are you saying? I find Ratboy to be insightful and stimulating. His name is a little odd but he is right 99.9999999999999% of the time.
