   Showtime is still losing its highest rated comedy in Weeds. I wonder if they’re waiting to see if Laura Linney gets an Emmy nomination before deciding on The Big C’s fate.

   The Newsroom dropped like a rock. Didn’t it have like 2.2 million viewers last week?

   Top 5 originals Nick/Disney-

   1. GLC- 4.0 million
   2. Victorious- 3.8 million
   3. Shake It Up- 3.7 million
   4. A.N.T Farm- 3.4 million
   5. My Babysitter’s a Vampire- 3.2 million

   Disney- 4 entries
   Nick- 1 entry

   And, although GLC edged Victorious by only 200K, it still beat it! Knew GLC would get 4 million, even if barely! Good numbers for Disney! Good for Victorious too! HTR still bad!

   Also, don;t try to say this isn’t a fair comparison and that Disney had more originals, take a look at this-

   Nick- 8 originals for the week
   Disney- 5 originals for the week

   Nick had an advantage and still lost!

   Next week-

   Nick- 6 originals
   Disney- 3 originals

   My prediction for the top 5 next week

   1. A.N.T Farm
   2. MBAV
   3. Gravity Falls
   4. Figure It Out
   5. Figure It Out

   Disney will BEAT Nick with a disadvantage!

    @tvguy101 I’m not sure where TNT got the 4.1 million viewers, I think they just made a mistake or they added in viewers for the encore (or they used a “total viewer” metric rather than an average). 1.4 million adults 18-49 isn’t the same thing as as a 1.4 adults 18-49 rating.

    I’m not sure where TNT got that 1.4M # either since it had 1.473 million adults 18-49 (which would round up to 1.5 million), but ratings aren’t millions of viewers, but the percentage of the population being measured. There are 127.9 million adults 18-49 according to Nielsen so a “1.0″ adults 18-49 rating = 1.279 million adults 18-49.

    @Euro2012…

    It is important to note that ESPN is going to see a solid number from ESPNDeportes. I’m expecting about 1 million Spanish viewers for that platform. The combined audience will be around 5 million or more (ESPN+ESPNDeportes)…Not counting the digital platforms…

    EURO2016 looks good for ESPN.

    On Saturday, can you post how “Lab Rats,” (7pm) “Let It Shine” (7:30pm) and a new episode of “Gravity Falls” (9:25pm) did on Disney Channel?

    Good numbers for the Spain vs Italy final, top cable daytime program. As for Food Network Star, I’m waiting for the contestant with a nose ring to be dumped (or removes the ring) before I watch the program. In terms of star-quality contestants, the show has become worse with each passing season.

    Episodes is a dead show airing….
    Season 2 is doing pretty badly on BBC2 aswell so there’s no doubt it will get canned

    According to TNT’s press release Falling Skies got 4.1 mill ??

    @Dennis: as noted earlier I’m pretty sure TNT’s number in the press release is wrong or measuring something besides the average for the 9p telecast. I’m checking with them.
