“CBS SUNDAY MORNING” WAS UP +10% IN HOUSEHOLDS, +6% IN VIEWERS AND +9% IN ADULTS 25-54 COMPARED TO THE SAME DAY LAST YEAR

 

CBS SUNDAY MORNING was the #1 Sunday morning news program in households, viewers and adults 25-54, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for July 1. CBS SUNDAY MORNING posted a 3.2/10 with 4.44m viewers and a 1.2/07 in adults 25-54.

 

CBS SUNDAY MORNING was up +10% in households (from 2.9/09), +6% in viewers (from 4.20m) and +9% in adults 25-54 (from 1.1/06) compared to the same day last year.

 

Sunday’s broadcast featured Tracy Smith’s story on the risks associated with a common mosquito bite and the millions being spent to control the mosquito population; Lee Cowan’s look at 100 years of Hollywood history at famed Paramount Pictures; and Rita Braver’s examination of the distinctive work of Spanish painter Joan Miró.

 

CBS SUNDAY MORNING is broadcast Sundays (9:00-10:30 AM, ET) on the CBS Television Network. Rand Morrison is the executive producer.
