I didn’t literally mean nobody would watch P&F. & Calling my comment dumb or stupid, is pretty immature and hypocritical, because you’ve made dumb comments before. We don’t want to hear how disney has bla bla programs. This fighting over networks is stupid. I have my opinions, you have yours. If you can’t accept that then you shouldn’t be commenting at all.    What does “TENNIS:WIMBLEDON-RAIN L” mean? Is that just for the rain delay or is it for the whole second part of the final? Or is the second part included in the 8:56 AM ratings?

   I would also like to know the ratings of MLS, Tour de France and Redneck Island.

   On another website, i saw that the Tour de France on NBC Sports got 1.0 overnight rating on Sunday and 0.9 on Saturday. How does this translate into viewers? 1 million viewers?

   @peter: HH ratings can’t be translated into viewers since it measures only homes, not the number of people watching. Also those numbers you saw must have been wrong or measuring something besides national household rating. No demo info but from 8-11p Sunday Tour de France on NBCS averaged 189,000 viewers and Saturday 138,000 viewers from 8-11p.

   @bg: MLS Sat 11p game on NBCS averaged 151,000 viewers. Chicago/LA Galaxy on ESPN averaged 496,000 viewers.

    Well, clearly, the Chicago version of the Mob Wives franchise is dead. I mean, the original pulls over a million viewers and at least a 0.6-0.8 demo, if not higher. So, I can’t see VH1 renewing this. The hope is that it hasn’t damaged the original to the point where no one cares when that comes back.

    Big Ang though, is an interesting case. The numbers are not amazing but it did build on the lead-in and for a quick 30-minute reality show, perhaps VH1 is not so overly disappointed. I could see a case where they give Ang a second season if the numbers keep up like this.

    But yeah, Chicago is a goner and the hope for the network now is that it hasn’t done damage to the original.

    Don’t be so sure about a drop for Big Ang. People really seem to dig her and a lot of chatter online was about how much fun the show was and how quickly it went by. I could see her holding that audience.

    Scary how well Walking Dead does in repeat form. These figures would make any cable network happy if one of their original shows was hitting these numbers.

    To think if a repeat can hit a 0.8 on cable, when Season 3 comes back it’l hitting record numbers.

    I saw the Tour de France numbers on “Sports Media Watch” and their source is “Sports Business Daily”. These 2 websites have always been accurate in my experience. Here’s the link:

    More people watch Episodes in the UK ironically enough, and as this is a joint production between the BBC and Showtime I think it’l be around for a little longer.

    I think this show has gone beneath everyones radar personally.
