San Diego Comic-Con Attendees Exclusively Viewed HOMELAND Season Two Trailer

SAN DIEGO, CA – (July 12, 2012) – This evening at Comic-Con International: San Diego 2012, SHOWTIME premiered the first two minutes of the upcoming season seven debut of the Emmy®-nominated series DEXTER, as well as an exclusive Comic-Con only trailer for the anticipated second season of the Golden-Globe®-winning drama series HOMELAND. Both trailers were unveiled in front of a standing room only crowd during the annual DEXTER panel presented on the first day of the world-famous gathering in San Diego.

The gasps from last season’s finale can still be heard among every DEXTER fan as their worst fears were realized – Dexter (series star and executive producer Michael C. Hall) got caught and by none other than Deb (Jennifer Carpenter)! What will he do, what will she do…what’s next for America’s favorite serial killer? Watch and find out:

The network's top-rated drama series, DEXTER and HOMELAND return on Sunday, September 30th – DEXTER will make its seventh season premiere at 9 p.m. ET/PT, followed by HOMELAND at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

This is, with absolutely no doubt, the best show ever made.

  • Nick

Can’t wait for Homeland. I still have to watch episodes 3-12 of season one, but I already love it.

  • Nick

Come on only Dexter? None of any other shows?

  • J

Anyone saying this is the best show ever made….clearly haven’t seen Breaking Bad..I love Dexter but it is no way better than Dexter. Please watch BB If you haven’t, you will love it.

  • J

    * it is no way better than Breaking Bad

  • Cory

I’ll be back this season, even though last season was truly terrible. The only reason I’ll be back is Homeland (wouldn’t bother renewing Showtime if it was for only Dexter). Hopefully they can forget about last season’s awfulness, pretend it never happened, and just work from the finale and rebound.

  • merraanga

first off, SUPER excited! but this storyline kinda reminds me how much cooler the show would be if they had followed the 1st book more closely. Book Deb is so much more of a badass!

  • merraanga

    esdru & j,

cant they BOTH be the best show ever made?? they are to me.

ok… yeah BB is better. on direction and cinematography alone its better than anything on tv. but i LOVE dexter! i wanna hug him and squeeze him! i think id stay the hell away from walt

  • John A

Im on season 2 of Breaking Bad and its very good its not best show ever made. Dexter has been uneven for years in quality but also good.

  • zodd

Quality still good? Dexter has been horrible for this last two seasons. Majority of the characters of show are dumb and unlikeable. Love how Deb will accept Dex lie because you know that’s how the show is written, characters are dumb and won’t question the most obvious things.

  • joel

Poor naive John A, you’re only on season 2. Breaking Bad starts out very good and just keeps ascending past points you wouldn’t think it’s possible to ascend past. Just keep watching show by show, season by season, and as Aaron Paul would say, prepare to get your ass kicked.

Does anyone know when other channels presents their promos for upcoming seasons?(like cbs,abc etc?).
