Yep!! another batch done! closed another house today with a very nice payday attached to it. So at this time I would like to thank President Obama and the big government for making it all possible! If I did not have the road to drive on I would have not made it to the title company. Without the government I would not have been able to become a licenced realtor because it is the government regulations (and fees) that require me to be licenced. I could not have been sucsessful in starting and building my business to the level it is at without all the roads and bridges and parks and monuments that the federal government has provided so I can tell my potential buyers about all the roads and bridges and parks and monuments in the area to make it more desireable to them!! THANK YOU KING OBAMA, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have to get the other person to take the bet. I saw no bet being offered. If the bet is made & the other posters accepts then you have a “game on” situation. Then you have to take creditability into account. At least one poster said they wouldn’t honor the bet.
