  • Steve

    It helps not having Nick on DirecTv. DirecTv also added The Hub and new Disney Junior to basic plans while the standoff continues. Our family likes having the new channels for as long as it may be.

  • Eric McInnis

    Great job for the Hub. This is now my favorite kids channel, and I’m glad it’s getting good numbers.

  • TV_Eric

    The HUB and Disney are about the only ones benefiting from this Viacom/DirecTV debacle.

    Although to be honest I’ve been calling them every other day or so and asking for more credits (politely of course not the CSRs fault). So far I’m up to 15 bucks off my bill for six months and free Starz for that same six months. Figure I’ll stop after I get a Sunday Ticket package out of them.

  • Cath

    I’m guessing the Women 18-49 are watching with the kids. I don’t know how many episodes of Scooby Doo and Care Bears I sat through when my children were little.

  • shelly

    happy days with the fonz is on the Hub..ayyyy!!

  • Jase

    @Steve, @TV_Eric

    I agree with you both. It appears that a few sports channels (The Mid-Atlantic Sports Network, SportSouth, etc…) and Fuse are now available too. Fuse may have already been (I’m not sure), but the sports networks are a welcome surprise (regardless of how long their availability may last).

    Plus, the Encore package is on an extended preview. Viacom is losing so much ground each day this goes on. What a bunch of idiots. Keep it up DirecTV!!! Don’t give in!!!
