You can see TV ratings from other recent Overnight ratings reports here.

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

L.A Complex…. In nomination for The best series that nobody watch !

  • Billy

AGT keeps dropping. I think NBC would have been better off leaving that show on Monday.

  • John A

HOD probably will adjust down. LA Complex didnt do that badly. CW wouldnt expect anything higher.

  • Maxine

Geez, I didn’t know Person of Interest was on last night.

  • rob60990

Wow surprised NY Med stayed steady. Its ridiculous that NY Med has to struggle with a bad lead-in while The Glass House has a great lead-in and is below a 1.

That Hart of Dixie rerun looks high.

  • John A

Cancelled Fear Factor did better than Love In The Wild.

  • Sternsucks

Good job hiring Stern NBC. So much for his star power, a washed up shock jock delivering mediocre ratings. What a loser. He should stay on the radio, he doesn’t have a face for TV.

  • WoWza

Hells Kitchen and Masterchef are hot properties.

  • Bee

damn. NY med should be after the bachelorette. amazing doc series.

  • carla

POI repeat last night was a great one introducing Enrico Colantonio as Elias. Even unadvertised the show did O.K. at 1.0 in the demo and 5.4 mil total viewers. And there is another POI episode scheduled for tomorrow (Thursday) which is also another key entry. I am getting deliciously spoiled by these two-a-weeks of POI. Best show on TV by far.

  • Mon

Last night’s Masterchef was the best I’ve seen. It should not be the last time we’ve seen a tag team challenge. Hope there’s more next season. Also, I like virtually all the remaining contestants except David Martinez, whose nine lives is hopefully up soon. He’s a disaster and still in the game. I’m pretty sure there’s no chance he’ll win but I’m going to be disappointed if Monti, Felix or Christine went home first before him! Becky and Frank is sort of a lock for the finals.

Go Frank, Felix, Monti, Christine and Becky. Anyone of you should win and I’ll be very happy!

  • WoWza

FOX does what other networks cant… and try to copy and fail at.

Idol, X Factor – DUETS and CBS’s version of a rockshow, and The One on ABC and Nashville Star for that one NBC season and now The Voice (Which is doing OK but not outside of the auditions, really…. and with FOX on the attack with the choice and Brittany Spears look for the Voice to fall quite a Bit… poor NBC… it is my second favorite network).

Cooking shows (hells Kitches, Masterchef, Kitchen Nightmares)…. ABC tried with Jamie Oliver which almost could have worked, but people didnt stick around, people just dont watch anything except the entertaining cooking fare on FOX.

Animation on Sunday… has been tried and failed a few times by other networks, most notably probably that show on NBC about 8 years ago made by dreamworks and a King of the Hill type show that bombed.

With the original anumaton, singing extravaganzas, and cooking shows FOX has a truly original slate on shows to chose from that just can not be replicated.

  • Bababo

Hey Sternsucks, if you knew what you were talking about other than make a fool out of yourself, You would have known that Stern and AGT won the night in demos and viewers. Regardless if the show fell a bit ( it usually goes up by day’s end) that is still good.

  • WoWza

They throw in some good comedy like GLEE and New Girl and raising hope to have high quality originals (Look for The Mindy Project or Ben and Kate to be a big hit… I cant decide which one because they both look funny… maybe both will work – actually, they have no filler comedies really t make up for it.

The new Mob medical show will bomb…. looks horrible…. but the new show in the time slot come Janurary will be this seasons only succesful new Drama… it looks incredible and is said to be absolutely entertaining and groundbreaking. It will be a hit. This looks like an incredible season for the FOX network.

  • Sternsucks

Bababoo I would respond to you but you are clearly an idiot

It doesn’t count when there is NO competition. Oh and BTW ratings are way down from last year, so so much for your hero. Brandy and the Hoff delivered better ratings LMAO. Moron.

  • WoWza

X Factor will rise slightly. 14 or 15 million viewers and Idol will fall slightly 16 – 17 million veiwers (is all?) but FOX will be quite happy with this…. well…. depending on the judges for Idol I guess if it is something insane and unexpected (Katy Perry is not unexpected…. im talking unexpected like Michelle Obama or something…..) then Idol will have 16 or 17 mllion this year.

  • Maxine

    @carla, Ditto on POI!

  • WoWza

Smash will get a season 3… it will still have a 1.9 or 2.0 rating but this will be okay… I mean…. the star is an American Idol reject on a rip off of glee that airs right after a X factor rip off of much worse quality The Voice.

Fox must be angry….. except that they ahve the much higher ratings…. and buzz… their shows have all of the buzz…. Just type in Brittany Spears into google and you will see how high that show will premiere.

  • Gloriax

“Bababoo I would respond to you but you are clearly an idiot”

Actually Sternsucks, the idiot here is you. if you don’t think Masterchef and Hell’s kitchen is not heavy competition for the same audience, you should really keep your mouth shut. AGT is on its seventh season and its still wins the night most of the time. You just sound like a disgruntle fan boy trying to bash someone he once liked.

  • Aerilyn

@WoWza You obviously don’t watch Smash, because it’s certainly not a rip off of Glee. And with how awful Glee has become, Smash is the better show. Season 2 looks like it might be better than season 1.
