@russc … Hahaha. You cannot respond to the merits of what I say, so you make some nebulous comment about how my remarks make you sick. What does that say about YOU when you defend the third-grade and puerile name-calling of TV hosts with whom you disagree?
Notice how I do not go after O’Reilly and Hannity on FOX. I simply choose to ignore them, because they are irrelevant to me. But it’s really funny how the MSNBC hosts get you Righties’ panties all up in a knot, and you resort to endless name-calling. And then when I call out the name-calling, you say my comments make you sick.

A number of years ago I was watching Matthews while the surge in Iraq was in full swing. The surge was working. Casulities for Iraqi civilians and U.S. troops were way down. Matthews was spitting bullets mad about it’s appearent success. He was saying all kinds of nasty things about the Bush Administration. He went to a commerical break.
When he came back from the break he was all smiles. He was laughing and giddy like a little school girl. Across the bottom of the page, Breaking News Five US Soliders killed in Iraq. Matthews said to his guest, “wow five US Troops killed in Iraq Unbelieveable.” But he was still half smiling when he said it.
He was rooting for our troops to die because it would destroy Bush and the GOP?
I agree with you about the other hosts on MSNBC. People should try to be civil and not attack people personally. As far as Tingles goes in my book he is the lowest of the low. I believe he was not the only one in the lib. media rooting for our soliders to die.
“I’ve got a feeling up leg and that doesn’t happen to me very often.”
Tingles after watching a President Obama Speech. Boss, he’s a journalist.
“I’ve got a feeling up my leg and that doesn’t happen to me very often.”
I believe this is the quote. I always forget the “my”

I did make some unflattering remarks about a couple of the hosts on MSNBC. Suiko called me out on it and I apoligized. I wasn’t insulting one of posters, which I try never to do,(did it to you once) but that is real low brow stuff.
Tingles, I have no respect for and I would like to see him lose his job. He doesn’t deserve to be on the air. That said, if he draws an audience he will stay on the air. I will remind people of who and what he is.
Good morning. I’ve got to get out of here , but, two things , one news , another to me is just sleaze.
—————-
Coming from a prominent Democrat , this is damning.
Feinstein suggests someone in White House leaked CLASSIFIED information.
WASHINGTON (AP) — The Democratic leader of the Senate Intelligence Committee said Monday that the White House appears to be responsible for some leaks of classified information.
“I think the White House has to understand that some of this is coming from their ranks,” Sen. Dianne Feinstein told a World Affairs Council forum.

I found this offensive . I was a modern woman before they were common. I was married, divorced , worked full time , put myself through four years of college , graduated summa cum laude, had two children to care for & their school & after school activities. I remember being the only female parent in cub scouts.
This kind of thing upsets me. Radical or not, these women end up the losers.

Good Morning All!
WE HAVE RAIN!!!!!!!
Good morning all
We have sun shine but a bit cooler in the Big Sky Country
@Ratboy: Thank God almighty! Glad you got the rain you needed.
I guess Obama doesnt care if WE get screwed as long as he gets HIS money!!! Of course dont forget, the left doesnt talk about Solyndra so……………it didnt happen!
Solyndra figures attend swank Obama fundraiser
President Obama rubbed elbows Monday night with two men at the center of the Solyndra loan scandal at an exclusive fundraiser in California.
Steve Westly, a financier whose money-raising prowess helped to snag him a post on the administration’s energy advisory board, and Matt Rogers, a former Energy Department senior adviser who helped to approve the Solyndra loan, were spotted by reporters at the $35,800-per-person fundraiser for the president’s re-election campaign.
Mr. Westly sent warnings to the president not to attend an event at Solyndra’s headquarters in the Bay area because of shaky finances at the solar energy company, which had received a fast-tracked $535 million federal loan guarantee in 2010 as part of the administration’s economic stimulus program. Mr. Rogers was partly responsible for overseeing stimulus awards at the Energy Department.
They were among about 60 wealthy donors who attended the fundraiser at the swanky home of progressive activist Quinn Delaney and real estate developer Wayne Jordan, a big Obama bundler, in Piedmont, Calif., near Oakland.
Reporters traveling with the president saw Mr. Westly juggling lemons, entertaining kids at the party. He was seated later at one of the tables farthest from the president as he spoke.

@Ratboy: Thank God almighty! Glad you got the rain you needed.
Hey dare Ralphie Boy!!!! We sure are not getting anywhere close to what we need but it is at least wet! We have very sandy soil in SW Mi so we need even more since the soak in is so quick. We have farmes that have alread plowed their corn under and for the first time that I can remember the farmers have started irrigating their hay fields!!! They had a very early and good first cutting and they thought it would be a good year for hay but then the rains stopped. So now we have a double wammy! Very little hay and no corn to chop for silage. That is what they feed dairy cattle so guess where the milk prices are going to go?
Will be flying to Michigan on Saturday Ratboy, please:
Turn down the humidity.
Maintain the temp. to a high of 78.
I’d like views of beautiful thunder head white billowing clouds.
Keep I-94 clear from Jackson to A2 to West Bloomfield (cancel all road construction till next Friday)
Is that too much to ask?
Oh and if you can ZERO turbulence from LAX to DTW.
Thanks!
Lets see ,Romney went to the Hamptons and was critisized for attending a rich persons fundraiser…Obama goes to Ana Wintours swanky resort with million dollar donations from hollywood actors such as Morgan Freeman and not a word from the press…i cant take it!!
d.d.:: help me understand something…isnt code pink women who protest against wars and U.S. occupation of other countries?? If so, why wouldnt they protest the Democratic National Convention since its their president who is running the show…he alone stepped it up in Afganistan, went into Lybia and never closed Gitanamo Bay…the whole organization is revealing its true identity as a liberal anti-republican pink tea party…

I dont like Dick Morris but he does do a good job at analyzing the polls
Obama’s Ratings Dive
His personal favorability, once a strong point for Obama, has vanished and is now being replaced by a personal dislike that is dragging him down.
These data, buried deep in the latest NY Times/CBS poll (of registered voters, not likely voters) are both stark and important. In April, Obama had a 42-45 favorable/unfavorable rating, itself a shock given his vastly higher favorable ratings only a few months before. Now, he has a favorable rating of only 36% and an unfavorable rating of 48%.
The NY Times poll showed Romney getting 47% of the vote compared to 46% for Obama (again, this poll is of registered voters, likely voter polls are more pro-Romney). So that means that one-quarter of Obama’s voters do not give him a favorable rating – a danger sign for the president.
What is most notable about this statistic is that it is not due primarily to the bad economy. While the Times poll showed that the percent of voters who feel he is doing a good job in handling the economy has dropped to 36%, Obama’s ratings in this category have been low for some time. The drop in favorability is new.
Rather the cause of his decreased likeability is his negative campaigning, both in person and on the air. He is now no longer the sunny, optimistic, friendly person he portrayed himself as being in 2008. Instead, a nasty, surly, angry image has taken over.
This change is at the heart of Obama’s dilemma. The more he goes negative, the more he hurts himself in the process and undermines the reservoir to good will that has sustained him through tough economic times.
As recently as one year ago, Obama’s personal favorability was ten points above his vote share in most polls. Now it is ten points below it presaging further a likely further drop in his poll numbers
Just think Jeff if he did not like you
