George S. is a partisian Democrat.
How is the 2012 Summer Olympics going to affect MSNBC’s ratings, as a lead-in? Any guesses? Coverage will be from 9am-6pm next Monday. Will viewers stay for ‘Politics Nation’? Will total viewers be up by 1 million, 2 million? Are gains going to be retained as the games progress? Or will new viewers quit ‘Politics Nation’?
@suikostinger
Why was Brian Ross looking for his name on the TP website in the first place? Business as usual I guess.
I hope Sheman Hemsley is “Movin On Up”! Rest in Peace!
@ lbsles,
May you refresh our memory here ?
which president got Bin Laden ?
George Jefferson I loved him on All in the Family, not so much on the Jeffersons.

@ lbsles,

which president got Bin Laden ?
NONE OF THEM!!!! Our military did!
Can’t we get the ratings for ‘The Cycle’? How will we know whether or not it’s working?
Meanwile, in other ratings new, Squawkbox continued its unbroken string of UGLY ratings — another day with a politician co-host on Monday probably sealed the deal.
When will CNBC figure out that the viewers of what was once its flagship program tune in to decide what to invest in (or divest themselves of) and NOT to listen to another political review and debate show (of course the viewers can’t find THAT anywhere else….).
MSNBC: When Dan Abarams gave Olbermann a big contract I thought it was a mistake but over time going with a progressive line up has helped them.
Their hosts have posted solid number for a while now.
They need to get a team that will draw viewers to breaking news. They could have a combo of lefties teamed with Joe, Cupp and or Steele. They would be able to draw from a bigger pool of people.
Their coverage of the Colorado movie theater shooting was woeful.

You got it right, our Military. How did we get the info that lead to Bin Laden? Can any of lefties say waterboarding.
That mean old Cheney. If the Dems were running the show we would have interogated them over a cup of tea.

I am not trying to be funny, though I admit that Ratboy and me do get a kick out of Tingles. I want everyone to think of him as Tingles. I would like to see him removed from his show because he is such a joke. He is a mean angry sycophant. I believe he rooted for our soliders to die in Iraq to destroy Bush. I have done some bad things in my life but I never rooted for our side to lose and for people to die, for political gain. That is disgusting.
Mr. Tingles got 73k in the key demo. Here is hoping he goes down hill from there.
@ Ratboy,
“NONE OF THEM!!!! Our military did!”
And the sky rains without clouds right ?
You righties are in denial. Obama is the most successful president to fight terrorism, countless leaders of terror organizations were eliminated under Obama by 21st century style yet you guys have no shame of twisting realities and accusing him of being anti American.
Piers and Michael Moore exclusive, WOW the ratings will soar….LOL…
@Ratboy
and if Obama didn’t give the “go” it would have never happened…..

If the dems were running the show we never would have gotten the info to nail Bin Laden.
I like drone program and I think Obama has used it to his and our advantage.
If McCain had won the lib. media would showing civilian dead bodies after every drone attack. The left would be up in arms about how we were murdering people from the sky.
It is a rigged game Sam and the lib. media controls the game. They have for forty years.
The President though successful at killing terroists is a disaster when it comes to the economy. Worse than Carter and that is saying something.
If President Obama didn’t own the lib. media his poll numbers would be in the 30′s. It is a nice poodle to have.
Nice call on killing Bin Laden. Okay so you killed a guy and an important guy. Has the surge in Afganistan been a success? He told the enemy when he was going to retreat the day he announced the surge dooming the mission from the start. The lib. media is a nice poodle to have.
We are losing men in Afganistan and lib. media covers it up. Remember the death ticker at the bottom of the screen in Iraq. We lost our 2000th man in Afganistan and not a word from the lib. media. I remember the 2000th man in Iraq, “A grim millstone” from everyone in the lib media. It is not a grim milstone in Afganistan? The president ordered the surge. He could have choosen to get out. The lib media is a nice poodle to have.
I believe that is milestone.
