There is a lot more information in the daily cable ratings.
We always post whatever specific show data we received directly and see via press release or other trade publications. You can subscribe to our RSS feed and we have created a special category (Overnight Cable TV Show Ratings), which we usually post late in the afternoon on the east coast (and Friday night data isn't posted until Monday).

Lol, Spongebob didn’t do that good. And it had tons of promotion.
Expected more from Spongebob even though I am more of a Disney fan
Ahh what happened to spongebob. Oh well still the #1 animated program for the week. The low numbers were probably because some viewers didn’t know nickelodeon was back. Most of the promotion was viacoms channels weren’t on directv. Hope the fred movie, does good this week.
I guess some DirecTV users didn’t know the Viacom channels were back. That or SpongeBob isn’t as popular as it was last year.
@Nick, do you know how much “You Gotta See This” earned Saturday at 9:30 PM?
Yay for Perception.
Gravity Falls 3.144 million viewers
Phineas and Ferb 3.262 million viewers
Spongebob (Spongy Games) 3.650 million viewers
WOW! All 3 are really close in viewership, and that’s goo considering Spongebob had lots of promotion.
But congrats Spongebob,
@Jon “You Gotta See This” premiered at 9:00 PM, Nickelodeon aired a BTR repeat episode @ 9:30 PM. But yes, @Nick if you have the numbers for “You Gotta See This” that would be fantastic. Thanks In advance!
Sorry for commenting so much, but wasn’t the “Spongy Games” broken up into 2 episodes? (four 15 minute specials) I know it wasn’t an hour. Unless nielsen put it as 1 hour. Does anyone have the viewers #’s for the episode that premiered @ 8:30 PM on Saturday? Thanks in advance.
@Nathan, 8PM was listed as a 30 minute runtime, and 8:30 PM was listed as two 15 minute runtimes, because production wise, the 8:30 and 8:45 episodes are suppose to be paired with different episodes that didn’t air yet.
@Jon Okay, thanks.
Ahhh man I thought spongebob would at least get 4 million.(: O well it still did great 3.7 million not that bad.(: It beat everything on Disney and was the number one program of the week for nickelodeon.. I think wat messed up spongebob was people who had direct tv didn’t know nick was back and/or the batman movie in theatres made it get less than wat expected.. It still did really good both on Saturday and Sunday..
Nick- 2 entry’s
Disney- 1 entry
Go NIck and Disney.!!(:
My fav ep was the Mrs. Puff ep.!! She looked so funny not puff anymore lol.!! It made me laugh so much.! One person said she looked like an expired pickle on twitter when it trended lol..
I luv spongebob.!!!
Nice for TNT with Closer and R&I but I never understand why this matters if all anyone looks at is 18-49 demo what does total viewers matter then?? I am not being smart just don’t understand the need for this ranking.
Great job spongebob.!!!
If Viacom and direct tv ended their dispute last Sunday or Monday spongebob would of got higher numbers.. I mean let’s be realistic viacom and directTv made nickelodeon and other channels fall.! Nickelodeon just needs some time to recover.(:
I would really like to know how You gotta see this got.. If anybody knows plz tell me. My prediction: 2.5-3.0 million..
@Cody
I totally agree with u that ep was so funny.!!!!!
Adult swim on cartoon network is doing really really good..(:
Great job Spongebob.!!!!!!
I loved both episodes.!! I also really like you gotta see this.!!(:
My predictions for Fred 3: 3.5-4.0 million views. It looks really funny, but I think a lot people don’t like Fred anymore..
My predictions for Phinese and Ferb where is perry pt.1: 3.0-3.6 million. The reason I think that’s wat is going to happen is because it airs on Thursday and I really don’t like phinese and ferb as much anymore and a lot people don’t either.. (My opinion)
More people should really tune in to SUITS, it’s so addictively good.
@Disney Fan, for Fred 3, I predict 3.4 million. The highest would be 4.0 million and the lowest would be 2.3 million. As for “Where’s Perry Part 1″ I think 4.9, the highest 7 million, the lowest 4 million.
@Jon23812
I agree with Fred, but not with Where is perry pt 1 special.. I think the lowest would be 3 million and the highest would be 4 million.. But it’s ur opinion.. So we will just have to wait lol(:
@EC
For the same reason the top 25 network shows list is released. PR reason.
