There will be only ONE edition of “Hardball” on MSNBC until the Olympics(tm) come to an end. Chris usually gets one million-plus total viewers each day spread out over two showings ; I wonder if this time tomorrow, tvbythenumbers.com will display one-million total viewers at 7:00 pm only.

Federal Judge Rules Obama Appointees Interfered With New Black Panther Prosecution…

    Washington Examiner:

A federal court in Washington, DC, held today that political appointees appointed by President Obama did interfere with the Department of Justice’s prosecution of the New Black Panther Party.

The New Black Panthers case stems from a Election Day 2008 incident where two members of the New Black Panther Party were filmed outside a polling place intimidating voters and poll watchers by brandishing a billy club. Justice Department lawyers investigated the case, filed charges, and when the Panthers failed to respond, a federal court in Philadelphia entered a “default” against all the Panthers defendants. But after Obama was sworn in, the Justice Department reversed course, dismissed charges against three of the defendants, and let the fourth off with a narrowly tailored restraining order.

Obama thanks ‘bundler’ who managed top hardcore gay porn estate

During a campaign fundraiser in Oregon last weekend, President Obama thanked and named as event organizer a man whom the New York Post pegged four years ago as the person who once controlled America’s largest producer of hardcore gay pornography.

“I want to thank somebody who put so much work into this event Terry Bean. Give Terry a big round of applause,” said the president July 24.

Wonewoc is pretty small. I’ll be in a town of about 9,000 which is still small.

Did you see the story on GM ?

GM Stock Hits New Lows, Company in Turmoil

Edmunds says that GM’s growth in the month of July will be essentially flat. GM is losing domestic market share at a rapid rate. From January to April 2012, GM lost 11% of its market share – about 300,000 vehicles of market share. Cadillac was down almost 25%.

Hey everybody I won’t be on long tonight. It is big night for the family on AMC. It will be nice to visit with some old friends and relatives.

  • Hello

what happen with EARLYSTART/STARTING POINT? wrong numbers??

  • Sicilian Papa

The race is stuck in the mud. The President still holds a small lead in the swing states. I guess we won’t know until September how things are going to swing.

Did you see the WHIMP cover of Romney by Newsweek? Shameful, a disgrace but that is the lib. media. The covers they did for the President were glowing. They even had one with a halo. Does anyone remember the Bush 1 WHIMP cover. You know George H. W. Bush the fighter pilot in World War 11 that was shot down and nearly captured by the enemy.

  • Sicilian Papa

The fair minded lefties on our site will have to admit that the WHIMP cover is out of bounds. They ask the question is Romney to insecure to be President? Lets all think about the questions they should have asked their Messiah in 2008. They wonder why everyone on our side dislikes them and doesn’t trust them. I personally have a deep seeded hatred for the lib. media.

CNN playing that song reinforces my thoughts about these corrupt and dishonest individuals.

Coffee and Hillbilly, thanks for the additional info on the Restoring Honor event. Won’t help with the discussion with suiko. He actually believes the AP estimate of 87,000. Also, Hillbilly, I have noticed suiko has not responded to any of your “wanna bet” posts. I think he knows you have him by the short hairs.

Did you see the story on GM ?

Yep I saw the story. the entire thing is a joke. I think a buy out may have been better than the bailout because they realy did not change the culture the way another company buying them would have!

You have a great trip and dont beleive a thing they say about me in Baraboo! Lies I tell ya ALLLLLLL lies!!

  • Faith3

“First you post Pres Obama never called for higher taxes in his Roanoke speech”

Nope, you were asked to prove your assertion that Obama said “private enterprise” should have to pay more. That is not what he said. He did not target taxes toward “private enterprise” as you would like to spin.

“then your giving me campaign spin that Pres Obama deserves the credit for republican small business legislation”

Obama did push for the cuts but I will say those cut ideas were from the GOP.

“Why don’t you show me some tangible evidence that Pres Obama’s small business tax incentives are having any positive results??”

Due to many of the tax cuts, most small businesses (making less than 10 mill) won’t be effected by the sunsetting of the Bush tax cuts.

“Using a more reasonable definition of small business — for instance, having income and deductions of less than $10 million — a recent Treasury analysis found that only 2.5 percent of small-business owners would face higher taxes from the expiration of the Bush tax cuts. Of those who would be affected, most are unlikely to reduce hiring or investment because of ample deductions for business expenses.”

“Qualifying to have your taxes raised by President Obama,,should suffice..”

So all those business people making less than 10 million dollars are not successful?

“Do you expect Pres Obama to directly say,,if you make far less than your boss or his/her banker,,you are fully justified in your animosity and envy and my administration will make sure they pay their “fair share” and by the way,,if you vote for me,,this is what I can do for you”

No, and he didn’t implicitly mean that either when he stated we all have benefited and contributed in some way to this incredible American system. Now that the system is falling apart after the market crash, either we swim together or sink together. We’re all in this thing together. Time to step up to the plate.

  • Sicilian Papa

    Faith 3

How are we in this together? The person who sits on their rear and watches TV is not in the game with a person that works hard.

  • Lance

Rev. Al must have had another Jackson family member on Friday night … Over 900,000??? … is that an all-time high for Politics Nation? Don’t remember if it has ever broke 1 million. And Tucker Carlson was lucky to get 300,000 when he was in Sharpton’s timeslot a few years back. (Hell, old bowtie was lucky when he got 250,000, yet the guy had a pissyfit when he was cancelled in 2008 – despite the fact MSNBC had suffered his horrible ratings for years until they finally dropped him from the schedule.) No fan of Sharpton’s but I will give hin this much – he is a definite improvement over “Tucker”.

  • Sicilian Papa

There are people that contribute nothing to the system. They just take. These people are rewarded for their reckless behavior with a Government check. We make our own paths and should have to live with the consequenes.

There are people out there at this moment that are fathering children with no way to pay for them. There are also women out there that are producing mulitple children by different fathers that the tax payer has to support. Obama, Pelosi and Reid have made it easier for them with increased welfare spending. Where is their skin the game?

Someone said to me that this represents a pebble on the beach. No, it represents millions of pebbles on the beach and the cost is in the hundreds of billions. We are not in this together.

  • Sicilian Papa

    Faith 3

Do I have special place in my heart for Wall St. types, with a busines degree, who think they are intitled? No, they are a symptom of the moral decay that is destroying the country. When money and personal gains means more to a person than anything else they are morally bankrupt.

You have to look out for number 1. That is okay as long as you are not corrupt in the achievement of your goals. If you are greedy and want everything for yourself, well this is America and you have a right to be greedy. You are also a morally bankrupt person without a soul.

  • HRJ

Can’t we all just get along?
