Note:
- FOX Business Network’s (FBN) Lou Dobbs Tonight beat CNBC’s The Kudlow Report in the coveted advertising demo of persons aged 25-54 for the month of July, according to Nielsen Media Research. The victory marks the first monthly win for the 7 PM/ET program, anchored by Lou Dobbs, since launching in March 2011.
- For the month of July, Dobbs achieved a 10 percent advantage over CNBC with 43,000 viewers in the demo to Larry Kudlow’s 39,000. In total viewers, it was a close race with Dobbs earning 148,000, just shy of Kudlow’s 158,000. FBN is available in roughly half as many homes as CNBC and this is the first time a program has won the month in the advertiser friendly demo since launching in 2007.

It’s because I am literally laughing my ass off at your ignorance.
I don’t know man. A carrot might have a pretty high IQ, how do you know it doesn’t?
I wonder if TV by the Numbers gets a Federal Grant…
After all it is a Semi-Adult Web Care Center…
Kind of like an ‘Adult Day Care Center’…
Don’t forget guys, tomorrow is Chik-Fil-A appreciation day. I expect them be getting TONS of customers, especially here in the south.
Well, by the looks of these ratings and the comments on this board, I see the fox news hate rhetoric is doing it’s job. The 1% would be proud.
@d.d.
Enjoy your family time. Me & AppleStinx will water your flower beds.
Don’t forget guys,
tomorrowWednesday is Chik-Fil-A appreciation day. I expect them be getting TONS of customers, especially here in the south.FTFY
These are funky numbers for Friday. Oh wait the Olympic Opening Ceremony was Friday. I might have under estimated MSNBC’s numbers for their day time coverage.
Glad i didn’t bet.
Jim – It was when he 1st started posting and posting under the name Italian Mike. When he went off that time I posted that he was trying to make a fool out of him.Suik went off on one of his famous there, their, they’re and 5th grade grammar rants. So Hillbilly is 100% correct!
—————————
Now that you let the cat out of the bag. He also contradicted himself in (i think) a 6 minute time span. Calling DB a liar. Saying it wasn’t a pet peeve of his. Then 6 minutes later says it IS a pet peeve he has.
Then he tries to say it’s PaulG who has the pet peeve. PaulG points out he never said that. He then says it must of been Ralph Hahn.
BTW Italian Mike started posting…lets just say it wasn’t 2 months ago.
@Hillbilly
I won’t need you to help me water d.d.’s flowers. I can do it all by myself, a couple of time. You can go feed her leeches.
AppleStinx – I won’t need you to help me water d.d.’s flowers. I can do it all by myself, a couple of time. You can go feed her leeches.

d.d. said you need supervised. She doesn’t consider peeing on the flowers as being watered.
Ratboy struck a deal with d.d.’s hubby on the leeches. He wanted to smoke them. Ratboy gave him a new boat for the leeches.
@Hillbilly
What’s the matter? All of a sudden your blood is too good for d.d.’s leeches?
Ratboy, Applestix, Hillbily–you guys are hilarious. Love your sense of humor.
Don’t forget guys, tomorrow is Chik-Fil-A appreciation day. I expect them be getting TONS of customers, especially here in the south.
FTFY……it was 12:47 am eastern when I posted that……
The leeches had a proper burial a while back, guys. Our neighbor would never change the water every other day like my husband did & sh’e in charge of our house while we’re gone.

Suik,
I won’t be at Chik-Fil-A today. I’ve never eaten it in my life, but, I’m not a fast food lover. I’ve never even been in a Starbucks, Wendy’s , or , many other places on that order. I do like Panera’s though… good soups & bread. I prefer quality , homemade, food, plus , I know what the kitchen looks like at home. Just watching ‘Restaurant Impossible’ should turn some folks off of eating out.

It’s a tragedy that Milton Friedman—born 100 years ago on July 31—did not live long enough to combat the big-government ideas that have formed the core of Obamanomics.
In the 1960s, Friedman famously explained that “there’s no such thing as a free lunch.” If the government spends a dollar, that dollar has to come from producers and workers in the private economy. There is no magical “multiplier effect” by taking from productive Peter and giving to unproductive Paul………… so true .

Wonder how Clinton will work out for Obama ? This current Hillary link cannot stand Obama.

Heading out. Stay civil.
Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee d.d.! We miss you already!!
Good morning to the rest of you guys!
And this was reporte on CNBC!!
Wall Street Already Betting On Who Wins in November
With just 100 days left until the U.S. presidential election, investors are beginning to make bigger bets on which candidate will carry the day.
One analysis concludes that last week’s sharp three-day market surge can only mean that Wall Street is banking on a victory from Republican Mitt Romney.
Exclusive: Five ATF officials found responsible for Fast and Furious
WASHINGTON — Republican congressional investigators have concluded that five senior ATF officials — from the special agent-in-charge of the Phoenix field office to the top man in the bureau’s Washington headquarters — are collectively responsible for the failed Fast and Furious gun-tracking operation that was “marred by missteps, poor judgments and inherently reckless strategy.”

D.C. students being paid for summer school
Program were told that school would be their jobs this summer.
The District is paying 305 students with poor academic and behavioral records to attend summer school, The Washington Examiner has learned.
The rising ninth-graders are earning $5.25 an hour to participate in the “Summer Bridge” program, which targets students identified by D.C. Public Schools as less likely than their peers to graduate high school within four years.
Hey Ratboy “The Godfather” was on last night. Tonight it is the “The Godfather 2. Yeah I know we have seen them fifty times but I still get a kick out of them.
I love the quotes from the mob movies:
“Leave the gun take the canoles”
“I ain’t no Bandleader”
“I frisked a million young punks”
“Don’t ever take sides against the Family again”
“Lucabrazzi sleeps with the fishes”
@Hillbilly: I don’t know why my name was brought up by Paul G.
On the Pet Peeve portion (Oh, I just got spit all over my screen lol) I don’t know if I used those words, but I have in the past pointed out incorrect grammar and the use of their, there and they’re, as well as some other words like here, heer & h’eer.
(Need a little levity this morning).
I have not criticized anyone’s spelling or use of grammar in a while now. But, if a poster wants to be taken seriously, they will make sure that their contribution here sounds like it was an adult, who at least completed high school.
A couple of folks, in response, have said things like, “THis is the internet. You don’t have to spell correctly.” Now, that’s an asinine thing to say.
