   @Dennis but Dallas Live +same day was a 1.0 with no lead in Perception lost a big lead from The Closer

   That is what i meant when i said about ratings drop, since Season4B started the ratings have continuosly dropped, the 4B premiere did decently but after that it was all downhill.

   Yeah, Bunheads didn’t do that good, but it hasn’t gotten the chances and decent lead-ins other shows have.

   Would like it to get S@B as a lead-in for a while to see if that helps, only if the show deosn’t go down again when it premieres, hopefully absence made the hearts of its viewers grow fonder. Don’t know if PLL would help too much as they seem very different shows, in fact the only show they have that is even a bit similar to PLL is The Lying Game and that isn’t doing that good either.

   I wouldn’t have imagined that Alphas and the Olympics have that much audience overlap. I sure hope Alphas recovers next week.

   Maybe Syfy should have premiered it earlier in the summer and then skipped this week. The schedule monkeys at TNT must be feeling pretty smart right now for not running a new episode of Falling Skies this past Sunday.

   That’s three episodes – 6, 12 and 13. Episode 6 should be on August 27.

   Another rendition of the stupid notion of the “Summer Glau curse” idiocy…

   Alphas is the best sci-fi show on the air, but it IS on SyFy and that alone accounts for the relatively poor ratings. SyFy is on a par with the CW for “least interesting network” for most people.

    The only two shows I watch on ABC Family are Switched at Birth and Bunheads. If they were on the same night, it would be great – as long as the night is not Wednesday or Thursday. Those nights are too busy already (Supernatural, The Middle, TBBT, PofI.

    Agree, when you look back a few years ago, quite a lot of shows were breaking the 2 million viewer mark, including Ghost Hunters, Destination Truth, and a few others.

    Now Destination Truth is lucky to get 1 million, Ghost Hunters recieving much less too.

    Alphas, I’m going to put this down as the next SGU on the network.
