Strike Back is one of the best and only action series on TV right now. Hunted and Banshee sound interesting. Hopefully Cinemax also has the TRANSPORTER series coming out soon as well. After Spartacus ends on Starz I’m switching to Cinemax for their original programming.

Strike Back is an excellent show!

  • wha

for the nth time, “Strike Back” isn’t Cinemax’ original, ffs.

  • BritMan

Wha, sort of true it’s a sky1 co-pro but with out cinemaxs money it would not be the show it is today. Have you seen the difference between the first uk series and first co-pro series?

  • panda22

Yeah…wtf is happening with The Transporter??

I like the premises of all three series.

I’ve watched the first two seasons of Strike Back already (season one was a British series only – what Cinemax is calling season two is actually season three technically.) I’m especially looking forward to Rhona Mitra and Charles Dance being on the show.

The other two shows sound pretty good as well.

I have also heard that Native American leader Russell Means (Last of the Mohicans, Natural Born Killers) has a recurring role in Banshee, too. Not sure what the role is, but he is an awesome actor!

I cannot WAIT for BANSHEE!! I hear simply AMAZING things about this exciting upcoming series from Alan Ball and Cinemax! Take me to Banshee, PA right away!! ;-)
