Obama Explains Keynesian Economics
Taking money out of the economy to spur economic growth has failed. Obama is calling for more of the same things that were in his $831 billion stimulus and expects different results this time around. That’s insane.
Anyone remember those “shovel-ready” jobs Obama first bragged about then admitted didn’t exist? It’s the same failed plan.

Obama’s Boogeyman Man
Obama Cites ‘Independent, Non-Partisan Study’ to Attack Romney…The Study was Written by Former Staffer, Close Ally
Obama has no problems with lying or deceit. Each time he speaks, he uses both.

Every idea is the Government spending more money.
Tweet of Yesterday — David Burge: If Romney nominates Ryan, they should just go ahead and cancel the VP debate. # Preemptive Mercy Rule
Someone needs to tell Obama that doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result is what a crazy person does. More spending to “stimulate” the economy?
@Suikostinger
They both talk about working together to achieve greatness. Obama talks about how different people contribute in our society (roads, bridges, fire safety, etc.) while Romney speaks about how different people contribute in make great Olympians. Different details but the same message: Not 100% personal initiative but teamwork. Yet Obamas speech bad….Romneys……?

Where’s the part where Romney says: I’m always struck by Olympic Atheletes who think, well, it must be because I worked so much harder than everybody else…

I find your posts insightful. I read them all the time and they are never nasty. I like Hoppy too.
You guys are never nasty or personal. Maybe a little sarcastic but that is a classy way of disagreeing.
After a month without it Obama is going back to the telepromter. So Salon.com asks?
“Is the right’s obsession with Obama’s teleprompter” …..wait for it…3 2 1 “racist?”
Proving you can play the race card on any subject I guess.

@Sicilian Papa
Thanks,,my sarcasm is more phoney confidence when I’m trying to argue a point with Faith3,,she’s always real butt kicker..
Poor mr reid ? (Our Senator from NV)
In Las Vegas there is a $1,000,000.00 deposit in a ‘Trust Account’….
To collect the funds, a former partner, must turn over the corporate
records of a company that harry had an interest…
To date, (Has been offered for 7 years) no officer of this company
has claimed the funds….
I watched O’Rielly tonight and heard that the Q polls sampled a higher number of Dems by a lot. The number was 70% dems. He had Laura Ingraham on the show talking about the polls. Take it for what it is worth but if true those samples are meaningless.
I don’t know if I heard that 70% number right because I was doing something else at the time. The polls were also conducted by the N.Y. Times and CBS along with Quinnipiac.
Can’t we all just get along?
It seems to me that Michael Eric Dyson is doing an excellent job as a fill in for Ed. He will perhaps be the next person to get a fulltime show on MSNBC.
Give him Sharpton’s job. What will Al say if they give his job to Dyson. Racism, uh, Dyson is a black guy.
@theBoss1:
Well, golly gee, ‘methinks’ Jim is jealous! Isn’t he clever, Boss? Not.
@Jim:
“I see Nancy stopped by to have her weekly ‘boss-gasm.’ Now ,I hope you’re feeling all warm and fuzzy ‘Nancy’ after having your boss-gasm.Thanks for setting the standard that any thing goes ‘Boss.’
Chrisee
Good Chrisee:”I feel very sorry for her. I wish her well on her road to recovery.”
Bad Chrisee:
“You can only be mean and hateful for so long..before it catches up with you….
Chrisee better take a long look at herself in the mirror.”
Ohhh, Chriscee, I’m sure the ‘idiots’ that you block at the hate place will not even notice you are there and you can count on that! Oh:
Good Nancy……………Enjoy your chix
Sicilian Papa says … “The lib. media and the Obama people savage Romney for being out of touch with the common man.”
It doesn’t take any savaging, Sicilian Papa. Do you ACTUALLY think that Mitt Romney is IN TOUCH with the common man?
Do you really think Mitt Romney lives in a non-gated community? Do you really think the common man has a horse that competes in the Olympics in the sport of Dresage? Do you really think the common man pays less than 15% in taxes? Do you really think the common man has a Swiss bank account? Do you really think the common man has off-shore accounts in the Caymens? Do you really think the common man has a multi-millionare dollar income? Do you really think the common man has a garage elevator?
Mitt Romney is an exceptionally wealthy man. He was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and he made it gold. Good for him. But don’t try to pan him off as some champion of the common man. He is what he is. Rich. A patrician. A plutocrat.
@HRJ … you wrote, “It seems to me that Michael Eric Dyson is doing an excellent job as a fill in for Ed. He will perhaps be the next person to get a fulltime show on MSNBC.”
While I think Mr. Dyson is very intelligent and articulate, I do think something is lacking in him being a host. I cannot put my finger on it. He’s much better as a guest analyst.

Good rebuttal!
Mr. Romney is a white, (upper) middle-aged, rich, country-club Republican. He is what he is. If elected, he will complete the transmutation of our democracy into plutocracy … government of the rich, by the rich, and for the rich. The chasm between the rich and poor will widen to unprecedented widths. Median income will continue to stagnate and the income of the top 1% recipients will soar to unprecedented heights.
