Series star Andre Braugher (“Men of a Certain Age”; “Homicide: Life on the Street”) sits oceanside with Daphne Oz for comfort food, conversation and a hometown surprise, all amidst the palm trees and island breeze.

Carla Hall catches up with the stars of the new family comedy series “The Neighbors” at Johnnie’s Coffee Shop in Los Angeles, where Jami Gertz (“Entourage “and 80s classics “Square Pegs” and “Sixteen Candles”) and other stars share a preview of their quirky new sitcom that’s sure to bring the family together for a night of laughs. “The Neighbors” premieres Wednesday, September 26 at 9:30 p.m., ET, and moves to its regular time slot of 8:30 p.m., beginning Wednesday, October 3.

It’s a food truck fiesta as Daphne Oz meets country music superstar Reba (“Reba”) to talk about her new sitcom, “Malibu Country,” which premieres Friday, November 2 at 8:30 p.m., ET.

I have not watched ABC/D since the cancellations except soap-related. There r shows that look interesting but b/c they r on ABC or Related stations I will not watch

  • Jon

Johanna, you’re really sticking it to ABC. I’m sure you will get your Soaps back because of this. HA!!!

  • Suzy

No ABC (or Disney) in my house except GH. I never have nor will watch The Chew or Katie. ABC has gone downhill since Disney bought them in 1996. For example their news dept is a joke. They report rumors not news. ABC/Disney take note. Don’t mess with soap fans as we have long memories.

  • Sherry

I am a big AMC fan and was crushed that it was taken off, I too said I would not watch the Chew. I didn’t watch it for a long time and then watched it for a while and now I enjoy it. Those of you that are AMC fans (I watched since it started)don’t have to watch anything you don’t want to, however it will not bring back AMC.

  • Maryanne

I agree with Sherry. I watched AMC and OLTL since college (long ago). Was so sad to see them cancelled..still miss them. But, The Chew is a fun show. Great cast with chemistry and delicious recipes. Love Clinton Kelly.

  • Mrs C

GH is hot right now they took away one life and AMC… then the man that decided this quit after it all… sad but ABC really does suck all I watch is GH………….. you don’t fix what wasn’t broken AMEN!

  • Deb

The Chew doesn’t chew. It sucks!!! Someone at ABC is really determined to keep this show on, because no one I know can watch it. Watching it is like being invited to a get-together at someone’s house, and you have been told there would be good food and interesting people, to find that it is the most boring group of self-obsorbed people you have ever met. I would rather be home with a migraine.

  • Donna Bergman

Please, Please quit fooling around with our daytime TV and give us something decent to watch. I only watch the local news and Castle on ABC!!

  • Nor

The hew has to be the worst show of this kind ever. I am watching right now while they blindfold audience members and chew into a microphone so the blindfolded person can guess what they are eating???? What is the point of this bsides the fact that it is disgusting to watch and hear. Please remove this show!! I would rather have dead air than this show

  • Dar

Don’t watch the chew on daytime, won’t watch the chew on primetime. I have already seen abc’s fall lineup while watching GH. Give me my scripted stories, keep your cooking drivel. It makes me feel good to know that abc will have to come up with new shows every year or so because there is no way these shows will last 40 or 50 years like the soaps have.

  • Lori Jackson

I will never watch the chew and the only thing that I watch on ABC is general hospital and I have since the 80s. I am reading a book on Kindle about how ABC/Disney screwed over the people on All My Children and One Life to Live and all of the fans of those soaps. I will never stop hoping and praying that my favorite soaps come back. I feel like ABC murdered some of my friends and family on these soaps.

  • Deb

ABC is not allowed in my house except for GH. It is dead to me. We will never forget what you did to us. Bring back our soaps or face the consequences!
