  • The End

Well done Dallas, not a fan but you’re a series worth respecting.

  • Alley Car

Great, Great show!!!! I wonder if moving it to a different night would help though. I want this one to be around for awhile. Solid 1st Season. Soapy like Revenge!

  • Denis

    lol – SPINNNNNNN! :D

  • MBmomof3

Denis, all press releases are SPIN. That’s the point.

    I’m loving Dallas.

  • a p garcia

That figure is out of this world considering “The Olympics” is on the other channel.

  • gary C

Not even father time can stop Dallas…way to go, still has me glued !!!!

  • Maurice

I still can’t believe Dallas this well against the Olympics. I sure was expecting the worst after last week’s drop.

TNT now has a series that they can rely on but they need to develop a new soap to go with it.

  • Jean François

    J’taime Dallas.

  • JR

So, Dallas is faring a little better in what, apparently, is TBS’ key demo (25-54) than 18-49.

  • Wendy

The new series has far exceeded my expectations as someone who loved the original series. Every episode has been good and in a few cases like the last two episodes, excellent. I think it has shown it has a pretty loyal following. One thing I would consider doing is getting a stronger lead-in for it. Right now, it comes on after numerous reruns of the Mentalist. If TNT were smart, they would put on a new show in front of it or pair it with one of the first run series they already have. They could really build a powerhouse night at least by cable standards. The new series is terrific.

  • Justin J. Poppiti, Esq.

I never saw the original. But, I really like this continuation of Dallas. JR is really funny. This line from the most recent episode was delivered in a funny way: “Damn woman’s out of her mind.”

  • Diane

I love this new Dallas. The hour goes by so fast, i hate for it to be over.I’m glad the ratings went up, cause it really is worth watching.Best show on tv right now.Still missing my fav. shows from last year that were cancelled V and detroit187 on abc.

  • Scott

I agree, this show is doing great and the meshing with the younger and seasoned actors. If JR, Sue Ellen, and Bobby where not on this show, I think it would have been cancelled. I do agree with Wendy, that Dallas next season will need a strong lead in, such as MAJOR CRIMES, and then do what did Dallas did in the original, and that is have powerful ratings!!!
Do a see Pam Ewing in the future. :)
