   Royal Pains 2.0 seems to be losing a bit of steam. They really should have thought twice about firing Jill Flint without finding somebody the audience would like at least as well to replace her.

   Agreed! I used to just grab the popcorn and enjoy that show, but it’s getting rubbery and yeah, I miss Jill. The “replacement” is a gag-me.

   Dallas went up against the Olympics and it did not loose much at all. Also last nights Episode was the best one so far and it kept a lot of people on the edge of their seats. Lots of talk on facebook etc.

   Personally I think it wouldn’t hurt to put Dallas before/after Falling Skies on a Sunday.

    Dallas is returning in January or February apparently, so whether it’s on Wednesdays again or not wouldn’t make a difference based on its different competition.

    I’m very glad the ratings went up, particularly as this was such an excellent episode. I would be surprised if they didn’t go up again slightly next week.

    Happy to see M&J steady in total viewers..not sure what happened with Baby Daddy..maybe its not as bulletproof as ABC Family wants people to believe??..

    DALLAS needs to be moved to another night for its bad ratings.
    Pretty sure its TNTS lowest rated scripted drama for two weeks runing.
    Behind Rizzoli and Isles, The Closer, Perception, Falling Skies…
    It hasn’t cracked a 1.0 for 3 weeks now

    i dont get futurama numbers… 20 million facebook fans… and only 1 mill for a new episode? argh

    for the most part reviews have been great, people who watch seem to love it… 2 emmys last year argh

    they are coming back next year for 13 more for sure.

    i know they have had a string of bad luck this year… 4th of july, 2 weeks against olympics, 2 weeks not on directv… but still the preem numbers were down.

    i wish they were on adult swim… i think it’s a better fit.

    i know so many fans who catch the new eps in reruns over the year and not when they are shown new. show it in the fall? it did better on thursdays.

    i dont get it.

    the syndicated reruns were getting like 4 million viewers the first half of the year then they dropped off the chart but i assume they are not too far off.

    I actually did not think this night would be affected as much as Tuesday night because the Olympics were not as highly rated. They had like a 12.2 in Tuesday nights demo and a 9 someting on Wed. night.

    Dallas at a .8 is no surprise. Seems like the normal yeah pretty good against Olympics but again Olympics were nothing like Tuesday night.

    I watch Dallas and many of the TNT shows. Since this is pretty much the normal demo Dallas gets; is that a low or bad demo since it is this low in the first season? I mean if shows skew older as they move along in their years that does not seem good. (I am not bashing I like the show)

    Perception is another one already consistently at .7 .8 I beleive and in it’s first year.

    R&I got hit hard last night but it’s bad was a .8 that was on during the Womens Olympic final it usually gets a 1.0,1.1 or 1.2 but it is in it’s third season. So I guess I just wonder how bad is this really for Dallas being it’s first season? Anyone know? Sorry for the long post. I just see older show getting better demos like R&I and the Closer and just am wondering. I am not the ratings expert Please advise.

    @JN Dallas started off with good ratings but its falling very quicky….

    Went from a 1.5 all the way down to a .7 last week.

    Take a look at Falling Skies. a Show in its second year and it has never fallen below 1.2

    Is Beverly Hills Nannies already dead? I’m hoping with it being a reality show and not costing to much these ratings won’t hurt it that much for us getting a 2nd season.

    Haha. Surprised people repeat that tripe to be honest, like they think it actually means anything. For what its worth, sorry for taking the hit for me, I know recieving idiocy can be pretty damning LOL.

    Suggesting that a show be moved days in some cases isn’t an excuse, if a show doesn’t work on a certain day, it may on another. This has been proven to work on quite a few cases.
    (Though he doesn’t realise I don’t actually watch Dallas, so that doesn’t apply to me).
