True Blood was Sunday's top cable program with a 2.6 adults 18-49 rating, down from a 2.7 last week. The Comedy Central Roast of Roseanne came in second with a 1.4 adults 18-49 rating.

Impressive that True Blood only dropped 0.1 against the closing ceremonies.
I can’t stand this season though. It’s definitely gotten better in the past two episodes, but they’re just dragging out a bunch of storylines that really didn’t need more than an episode or two to fully resolve. The same thing is happening over and over and over, and it’s at the point of being tedious. And when you can drop characters for an entire episode at a time, you have too many of them. Sookie has become a supporting character on a show that started as hers.
FALLING SKIES should go up next week to a 1.4 or maybe even a 1.5

Just sayin, after True Blood finishes this season they still need four more seasons (up to season 9) to get over 88 episodes for syndication, they’ll have 98 episodes then. If the creator wants to go over 100 episodes, there gonna have to go all the way up to season 10 to have 110 episodes. That’s great if they do it, but I doubt there gonna go that far cuz they have no more storylines. But it would be a BIG milestone if they went up to season 10.
Plus, if the actors wanna do that much seasons then they’ll keep goin on right? Cuz I just got into True Blood.
I’ve been very happy with TB this season, and I haven’t had any problem keeping up with the various stories. This has definitely been one of the better seasons, IMO.
Disney Sundays do so well because the schedules been the same for 2+ years now. Ant Farm needs work. Overall, great numbers from Disney & Spongebob.
This season of True Blood is the worse. This show has always been a guilty pleasure but there is no longer any pleasure to derive from this crap. And no way any network is paying to syndicate this aftet A&E took such a huge, embarassing loss on The Sopranos.
At least Political Animals was up by a little. Maybe the finale can beat its premiere numbers
AMC should place Hell on Wheels after Breaking Bad; not before. It would definitely help it rate better. Good to see True Blood and Falling skies hold strong. TB is a great show. I don’t understand why some viewers believe it has gone down hill.
I’m very disappointed to see *reruns* of that ridiculous cheese-fest Criminal Minds getting 0.5s, 0.6s, and 0.7s on A&E. I’ve seen Saturday-morning cartoons with better writing. This makes me sad for the future of the human race. If so many people will watch reruns of that appalling torture-porn filth, the future really will be like “Idiocracy!”
Political Animals is such a good show. I don’t understand why people don’t watch it.

I hope Made In Japan does well. It’s randomly airing on a Friday. Plus it needs to do better than the average episode considering it’s a 3 parter.
Anyone know what the ratings are for Small Town Securtiy??? I watch Breaking Bad and turn the channel very fast so they don’t get ratings for STS. I was just curious what it gets, since it’s not on the list.

Falling Skies was soooo close to going this season without making my head explode … then all the people just give up their weapons and are separated … in the middle of a war for the survival of the species. I’m going to have to go back and see what happened after that because at that point my head did in fact finally explode and the insanity of the writers putting such unbelievable tripe on screen. Alien invasion? OK, I’ll buy in to that. Freedom Fighters/Milita voluntarily giving up their weapons … heck plain old everyday Americans in a non-invasion scenario giving up their weapons? No way that happens in this or any other timeline/universe. Unbelievably bad writing and TPTB that allowed it to stand and actually filmed should be fired.
