    ….not too shabby.

  • Letmethink

We love The Five. But we have started watching Cavuto on FBN instead of OReilly. We really like Cavuto.

  • Robbie

2 million viewers for the Five! Congratulations on the accomplishment. Keep up the good work!

tyey dont even try to hide what they are over at MSDNC
Chris Matthews, Who linked Palin to Giffords Attack, Skips Shooting at Conservative Organization

Liberal MSNBC anchor Chris Matthews, who previously linked Sarah Palin and Michele Bachman to the shooting of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, completely ignored the shooting of a security guard at the conservative Family Research Council (FRC).

By Matthews’ own past statements, wouldn’t an examination of the possible root causes of the FRC shooting be warranted? On January 10, 2011, Matthews said of the Giffords shooting: “Sarah Palin using gun play language. What is she talking about crosshairs and reloading…and Bachmann out there with her kind of talk.” He hinted, “Why are guns talked about so much, especially on the right? Why?”

On June 10, 2009, Joan Walsh, one of Matthews’ favorite guests, linked Rush Limbaugh to the Holocaust Museum shooting. She slimed:

There is a very disturbing and disturbed element of political discourse. And I would, I would throw in Rush Limbaugh. Not blaming him, but when you say that our President is more dangerous than al-Qaeda you’ve gone off into crazy nut job land. You are off the charts crazy. And you are, you are whipping people up.

On Wednesday, Fox News reported of the FRC shooting:

The suspect “made statements regarding their policies, and then opened fire with a gun striking a security guard,” a source told Fox News. WJLA-TV7 reported the suspect was also shot. Sources also said the gunman may have been carrying a bag from Chick-fil-A, the embattled fast-food restaurant whose president came under fire from gay activists after he said he did not agree with same-sex marriage.

Sources told Fox New that after guard took away his gun, the suspect said, “Don’t shoot me, it was not about you, it was what this place stands for.”

It’s interesting that Matthews, who often likes to jump to conclusions and link conservatives to acts of violence, had no interest in covering an attempted slaughter at a conservative organization.

Is it possible that during the Olympics(tm), cable and satellite viewers found out where MSNBC was slotted on their systems, and then made them “favorites”? On Comcast in Massachusetts, before Comcast acquired NBCU, they placed MSNBC way up in the triple digits, keeping CNN, HLN, and CNBC together in a news-cluster along with the Fox Right-Wing Propaganda Network which technically-speaking is not a news network. Just this past month, they inserted Bloomberg TV right next to the FRWPN. Previously, it was up in the triple-digits too. Comcast must have come to the conclusion that although they own CNBC, there SHOULD be another bidness-oriented channel and THE FOX BIDNESS CHANNEL WAS NOT IT!

    Wow the Five 2M

  • TheBoss1

Well, the Rightie who said that MSNBC will fall back to their normal ratings was wrong.

The Right being Wrong. Not too unusual. :)

If Hillbilly goes on this thread, I hope my man doesn’t really think I expect him to pay the $100 bet he lost. I was impressed he was the only Rightie who had the guts to take up the bet. Additionally, Hillbilly earns a mulligan due to his honest, straight-forward, and fair-minded post regarding SNAP coupons. He’s a good man.

Can’t we all just get along?

Brit Hume opened up Paul Ryan like a can of pork & beans.

Fox lovers are perhaps pissed at Brit.

Well I see the old Jeffie is back in full force! When ever you get in the corner you name call. but thats ok. So if I am nuts, question……………Did Tingles cover the shooting? Question……….did Tingles bring Palin and Bachman into the center stage during the Giffords shooting? Question……….did Walsh link Rush to the shooting at the Holicost Museum? Yea I’m sounding nuts.

Not at all, Britt is pretty conservative guy buy he is still a journalist. He conducted a probing interview and put a politician on the hot seat. Great work!

Did you ever see a lib media journalist ask their Messiah a tough question? I never did and I know I never will.

He not only held Ryan’s feet to the fire he showed what an embarrassment the lib. media is.

  • Sicilian Papa

I watched Tingleball when he linked Palin and Backman to the Giffords shooting.

  • AppleStinx

That’s nice. MSNBC must be delivering President Obama’s talking points in installments. For a second straight night, lefties have gone to MSNBC in numbers to get their daily instructions.

  • marvin

How long do you guys think Erin Burnett has before CNN says it’s time to part ways?

  • Tony

Wow, Maddow and O’Donnell are doing great. Fox & Friends still below 1M. That’s weird since all the other FN programs are doing so well.
