   First of all, The Secret Circle had the highest rated show on the CW as a lead in The Vampire Diaries which got two million viewers an episode. I think the CW revealed that it never had an audience after TVD and got lower rating than we expected and that’s why it got cancelled. Cuz it had the highest rated show as a lead in and even Hart Of Dixie which had the lowest rated show on the CW Gossip Girl (which couldn’t even get a million viewers) HOD even beat TSC in viewers and the demo.

   The last 4 episodes of Secret Circle ratings

   Ep. 19-1.14 million viewers

   Ep. 20-1.15 million viewers

   Ep. 21-1.23 million viewers

   Ep. 22-1.28 million viewers

   Last 4 episodes of Hart Of Dixie ratings

   Ep. 19-1.28 million viewers

   Ep. 20-1.39 million viewers

   Ep. 21-1.37 million viewers

   Ep. 22-1.60 million viewers

   Okay okay I probably could of ellaborated a little more there. But anyone who’s been reading this would know what I meant. The nielson ratings system doesn’t work like they say, its outdated, and isn’t a fair judge of what a good show is. And its time for a change, and I doubt that’s the first time any of you have heard that. People have been questioning the way the ratings are caculated. And the result is the good, decent, different, and fun tv shows get cancelled and shows that are cheaper, and easy to sell because ALL the other shows on tv are the same and this one will be better they think. And more fun and hip, and do better then the other 4 same idea shows that are on. Its like variety doesn’t exist anymore, people can’t like different things. Like bunheads, or secret circle. Its a little dissapointing and i wanted to try and make that point.

   So because shows that you think are “good, decent, different, and fun” are cancelled, that means that Nielsen doesn’t work? Egotistical much?

   Even though Secret Life is goin downward spiral, I still think it’s doin good for a show that’s in its 5th season, and it is. It’s the second highest rated show right now (though that can change) and the only show to go over 100 episodes. But right now it’s very weak and it needs a strong lead in. None of the freshman shows can help it, PLL is losing steam so ABC Family needs a strong show and a new hit ASAP cuz Secret Life and PLL aren’t gonna be here for long. Secret Life’s next season should be there final season and by next year, if we don’t find out who the whole “A” team is, people are gonna get tired of waiting and tune out of PLL. IMO PLL should end next season.

   Do ya’ll think PLL should end next season? Who do ya’ll think is on the “A” team?

   I honestly would like for PLL to have 5 Seasons so it can at least reach the special 100 episode mark. But IMO, I see ABCF driving it to the ground for as long as they can.

   Marlene King is a great writer IMO and if she manages to keep the show fresh, I wouldn’t mind it going on beyond a 5th year. I’ll admit that the stories can get a bit repetitive/predictable, however, people tend to forget that PLL is a teen drama after all. At some point, they will get stale and you will get bored.

   But of all the teen dramas I’ve seen in my life, my all-time favorites would be Skins(UK) and PLL because of their creative writing and captivating storylines.

   With the numbers PLL is getting there is no way it will end next season. Why would it? The “A Team” is the whole premise of the series. There are 3 A’s in the books and right now the show is only on the second one.

    Lol, I don’t ever recall The Lying Game getting a 0.8 and a 0.9 throughout its run, so far!

    Was enjoying White Collar until the end when they added in the mistrust element yet again – after everything that has occurred this season alone, it just seems they are beyond that.

    I love Rizzoli and Isles. Great show with two great leads. There womance is awesome! Did they get a season 4, I thought I read somewhere they did?

    So now I think the fifth season should be the last season of PLL. Yes yur right, PLL does have some good writing and good storylines just like this week’s episode but sometimes the stories can be predictable. But if PLL makes it to their 5th season, won’t they be at the same rate as Secret Life?

    No The Lying Game never got a .8 or .9 rating. The most it got was a .7 i believe three times.

    Plus, even though PLL is the highest rated show on ABC Family right now, I think S@B will beat it someday.
